Service was quick. Didn't watch what was done outside so assume everything was done as stated when signed I signed up. Didn't tell me when he was done. I don't like that. Would have liked to have been given a brief statement of what was done, instead of just receiving the email, which I did appreciate.

Our technician, this time, Loren, did a great job, was much more thorough, even though this was a redo after our last spraying because of heavy rain pouring down minutes after spraying was done. Our only complaint is that we seem to still have quite a problem with spiders, their webs, their "victims" all the time.

Tyler treated the outside of the house as a re-service treatment since the previous tech only cleaned but did not spray. He apologized and did a complete service. Let me know when he was finished and informed me I could request the same tech. Would be nice if e mail of upcoming service included a window time of treatment.

Only thing I would change is making sure both our side gates at our house are completely shut and latched before the tech leaves. The gate that leads to our pool was left unlatched and we have small children. Other then that, he was great and had good customer service.
