He was scheduled to come at 3:00. He showed up at 8:30 while we are still asleep. I couldn't let him inside because my wife had just gotten off work a couple of hours earlier and had just gotten to sleep. My concern was ants in both bathrooms. He said he would treat outside and then come back later today to get the bathrooms. He never showed up so I still have ants in both bathrooms.

I personally had just gotten home at the time and missed speaking with the tech, but wasn't sure if this quarterly treatment should have included any part of the interior of the house, more so in the garage and basement... seems like a lot nearly $100 for what was done just on the outside in aprox 8-10minutes

I love the ease of service. However, the technicians do not always perform all tasks as they should. Sometimes we receive amazing technicians that are knowledgeable, and willing to do the work. Sometimes we get technicians that use the "no contact" procedures to do half the job, and leave before the homeowner can say anything. The last technician did not clean the eaves as he should. I believe he only sprayed the foundation where he did not have to get in the flowerbed to do so. Only one side of our home does not have a flower bed.

Dislike the most - personnel are not putting on their face mask for COVID-19 precautionary measure and I was told that techs visiting will have mask on. Both visits from 2nd and 8th of October, techs did not wear mask - Had to tell person on the 2nd to put on a mask; techs that showed up on the 8th told to put on mask but did not do so. Like - timely response from customer service.

Initial visit was great, detailed. Follow up had 2 email 2x and call another 2, before got a hold of a live person as I was told someone would be out on Monday 9/97 and no one did. Person was to come out between 1-3 today and called at 4:30 to say will be out in about 15 minutes. Well I had errands to do and wasn’t home. Explained about the spiders everywhere by the doors and such. The tech said he would take care of it. Great. Well get home and there by the entry to the house is the same webs and spiders. So no, not impressed

I can’t say the same about calling or emailing to get pest identification. Aptive has failed in this category. I’ve been told multiple times supervisors would call me! They never did! Tech Moncada on 9/9/20 seems nice. We spoke and he was friendly and understanding about my concern of treating outside area while it was raining. He was happy to reschedule. However, under the technician notes of the email I received as an invoice. He did none of things he listed in his report. NONE OF THEM. He literally never came closer then 10 feet onto my property in the front yard. He serviced nothing as we agreed it was too wet and raining on and of all day. I don’t appreciate LYING on ANY level. Particularly when I may be charged for a service NOT provided. Please reference the quarterly billing the email says I owe. No I will not pay that fee now. It has NOT BEEN A QUARTER YET and nothing was treated or “swept for” on any side of my property.

I emailed and spoke to receptionist prior to technician coming out to treat today. We have had a lot of ants around our pool. It was suggested that we show the area to the tech. When we did, we were brushed off- he blamed the heat. Whatever the reason the problem areas we share should be treated without argument. It is my understanding that tech’s are to treat problem areas that the customer requests.
