Kedric R, our technician today did a good job and was very respectful of our requests. Overall Aptive is not worth the effort it takes to write this review. I will not go into too much detail, but if you really want to see all the hassles we have gone through, you can check your records and all my phone conversations I've had after waiting 20-30 minutes on hold to speak to one of your reps that aren't even in my state, to see how how many times I missed work to be home for a scheduled appointment just to have some recording call to cancel. Not to mention that I have yet to see a dead or struggling bug. (but lots of live ones)

I was not home at the time of service but my husband was. The technician did not know about bringing bait stations and said he would bring them at a later date. The technician also did not attempt to come in the home and spray inside the home as we were told could be done.

I had to reschedule this service twice as the service person did not come during the scheduled time period. I would have rescheduled today but did not want to have to wait anymore. He showed up 3 hours after the 8am to 10am window(1pm). He was also on his phone the whole time he was in the yard. After completing the yard he sat in his truck for 10 minutes, where he was blocking traffic on the road. I had to ask him to come in to the house to finish. He was pleasant enough but not very organized. This is only the second visit to my house, but I am not very happy at this point.

He was friendly enough and efficient but for a mid-morning appointment was already "out" of the bait stations for mice, so he promised a technician would bring them the following morning. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't believe we have any anywhere and I didn't notice anyone come. The whole reason we agreed to the service was mice control, so this was a miss. It is also strange to be "out" of the device needed for the customer's main issue. It made me wonder why he wasn't prepared ? How many appointments could possibly have been before ours at 10AM?

I wish they had been a little bit more thorough I did have my housekeepers clean all the spiders out about three months ago but as I was going through the perimeter of the property I found about 20 spiders that I had to kill today and taking the trash out tonight there’s quite a few biting me so I’m not sure if they should’ve spent more time or more chemicals or maybe they’ll get it on the second go around when they come back in 30 days, So the jury is out regarding my opinion of your company

I was recently informed by my wife that the when the service was done the service agent spent maybe 2 minutes in the back yard. Is that a normal time? Also he didn’t go into each room like I was told by the sales representative. He started spraying inside as soon as he walked in the door not allowing her to take my infant child out of the room. He also cane inside and sprayed right around my dogs cages while they were in it as we were told by the rep that we need to put the dogs away for 30 mins. He also kept trying to play with my dogs after being told not to. I feel that is unprofessional and so far was not a great experience for my household. Seems like he was rushing and didn’t take the time that I feel would be taken to kill these insects. The service isn’t cheap so I think he should have been more thorough. Thank you for your time

I was thinking about canceling the service because it was too difficult to reach someone to schedule an appointment and the person that was out prior to Craig coming out didn't seem to do a thorough job. Everyone in your company that I've spoken with have been extremely friendly and professional. However, some of my favorite flowers have died after your service. I believe this is because of the impact the chemicals have on local pollinators. I am hoping that this is only temporary, and / or this area can be avoided next treatment. I have not seen as many wasps / roaches / etc. since the treatment, so on the bright side it seems to be very effective!
