My only complaint I'd I can't get anyone to respond to my phone calls to give my new credit card number for billing. I tried several times this past week but after auto response transferred me to a rep no one ever answered. Otherwise I have had no problem. I would just like to be able to speak to someone when I need to.

A good service with great technicians. I only wish they were easier to contact by phone. My local office has you on a VM tape loop for 20 minutes or more before telling you that nobody can take your call and to leave a message. VERY POOR customer service, in my opinion.

It worked 50-60%, rest of that didn't work. Front service to second service only 1 month different, I knew why. It didn't work well. But I can't cancel service because I have to pay full price, it is so expensive than I got serviced. I will expect more quality service then before. It is the reason for review. And it didn't work to set up schedule through apple app also.

I was unable to speak to the technician before he left. I had concerns regarding spider eggs under my patio furniture where I had 20 spider egg sacs and I put all my patio furniture upside down so that it could be sprayed underneath. The patio furniture area was not sprayed.

But they are not able to send the requested technician each time. Technicians range in ability and thoroughness, but when you get a good one, the service can be quite excellent.

So far, since I have been using them for 1 year, I have not had any problem in my house, and specially in my yard with flees and ticks, which is very important for me because I have 3 dogs and they live inside.

Mark was very nice and polite. What didn't quite meet our satisfaction is that he seemed to be in a real hurry. He serviced the inside of our home and two problem areas in the backyard, all in 12 minutes. He was going at full speed like he was needing to get somewhere else fast. He never gave me his name. I had to ask him for it as he was rushing out our backyard. Otherwise, we assume he did what he was supposed to do.

When I first became a member of Aptive the customer service was excellent. This wasn't the case as time went on . I attempted to call in yesterday at after a 30 minute wait on the phone decide to try the chat. I was told someone would call to schedule appointment..so much for chat being helpful. After a couple days of waiting I tried to call again. Of course long wait. The female girl that finally answered from the Sacramento location was rude and snappy. I was trying to be patient..I mean this was about one hour total wait to finally get through to someone. I didn't want us to get "disconnected " Anyway thinking of canceling..enjoy your initial membership service. It won't last long. P.S. Make sure your not charged when you call in for the "free service" they promise. They did refund me that charge once I noticed it. Service gets worst the longer 😫 your a member.

Seemed rushed, was not concerned about quality of service just trying to finish as fast as he could. Inside service took less than 5 minutes and outside was less than that. Told him we had requested both inside and out as we still had sightings of spiders and silver fish. There was no sign of spray on the outside of the house and it took him approx. 90 seconds to get from one side of my house to the other. It looked like he just walked the yard and did not spray at all as he was irritated that we asked him to treat the outside. And he complained about an earlier job that that required him to treat unexpectedly. Very disappointed at the level of service over the past few months.
