Just started the service but if it takes care of the bugs and spiders we have my wife will be happy and if she is happy I will be very happy. Note we do not live in a city but in the sububers on an acre lot. I flet the tech that came out was very professional, went out of his way to meet our needs and in general I would rate him as excellant.

The pest control service provided by Humberto R was outstanding. He stayed in constant communication from start to finish apprising me on every aspect of the pest control treatment. That’s so hard to find these days and I definitely appreciate that. Aptive Environmental also kept me aware of everything. Highly recommended!!

No complaints regarding the technicians, they appear very competent in performing the task they have to do. However, we have been charged for 5 quarterly visits since our service began on 9/7/18. The website advertises no-cost re-treatments within the quarterly services if needed. Why re-treat for free when you can charge for 5 treatments in 10 months.? We received no advance notice of our past service on July 11, 2019 to be able to cancel/delay the treatment to another time - just the note the technician was there. I am very frustrated with the scheduling of treatments and the lack of communication prior to the service.

I'm generally negative about door-to-door sales, but you seem to have a good product/service. Our first application went very well. Austin arrived on time and was both polite and informative. Of course we now have to see if the treatment(s) are effective, but if your product performs as well as your people, I think we've established a relationship.

Shevette did a fine job. The first technicians sprayer would not work so he could not finish. The problem is your office staff and IT. We were scheduled for 1 to 3 on Monday the 22nd. Shevette showed up at 6:30. She said she was given no time for service. When I first tried to reply on-line I screwed around with username, password and resets 5 times and gave up. We are talking a pest control business not a top secret savings account. Even though the first technician could not finish job, your IT was very quick to send an email bill the next day and say service was complete. "Don't finish the job, but make sure to send the bill"l.

Our technician did a thorough job and the results so far are great. We were plagued on the outside with water bugs and they appear to have moved on along with cave crickets, etc. My only concern was pet safety 7 the salesman assured me that the products used were organic and safe for pets and children.

I wasn’t home so I can’t say anything about how it went in the process. But the first time you cane my family looked like they stopped getting big bites. It seemed great. Then we started getting bug bites and I thought after service it’s be better. My niece visited yesterday and left with big bites on her legs. Don’t know what the difference is but didn’t seem to work. We all have more bug bites than we did after the first visit.

I called the day before the appointment to say Aptive MUST call before arriving and going in the backyard as I have a dog and if the gate is left open my dog will run away. I was assured that the technician would call 1/2 hour before arriving. That did not happen. I went out through my garage to put trash in a can and was surprised to see the technician in the backyard spraying and the gate was wide open. FORTUNATELY my dog was inside the house at the time. The technician was more than apologetic and I find no fault with him. He stated that he was never told to contact me before arriving or entering the yard. I must emphasize that the technician apologized multiple times and again before he left. My disappointment is not with him...it is with the company's apparent inability to pass such an important instruction on to the technician. I was going to refer your company to my neighbor but I won't be doing that now as she has 4 dogs. If any such issue arises again, I will be canceling my service. .

Normally I am not home when Aptive treat my property and you sometimes wonder if they have been at the residence. At one time they would place a sign on the lawn denoting that they were there.
