Aundre O arrived and went immediately to work - verified the exact service that was purchased and needed and proceeded to complete it all. Asked immediately upon arrive if any pets in the household and took care to inform me what was being done and where the pesticide was being placed. It was a pleasure haaving him treat the home.

Our technician named Bo N was prompt, courteous, very personable & sincere, intelligent & goal directed, aspiring, honest, and thorough. I recommended to him to wear LEATHER GLOVES, and to ‘always’ wear safety GOGGLES when dusting windows to protect his eyes! He did not have rodent bait boxes like salesman described, but hand placed the bait where it was safe from our Golden Retriever’s reach. We put our dog into her crate while he was assessing house. She couldn’t look out the windows. The blinds were closed & TV on. So this may be a good recommendation for all clients!

The rep who scheduled my treatment was great and better than the 1st person who didn't enter an exact time for the tech to arrive and didn't give a 30 min heads up call either.

Douglas did very great work and also researched an insect siting in which in the unfinished part of the basement, in which he correctly had stated that it was not a cockroach but a beetle. He was very courteous and respectful and did excellent work.

Although J was not given full detail that it was an initial treatment, he did his best with wht he had to address the roach infestation. He was willing to be led by me throughout the house to spray in places that he did not come prepared to spray. He was told that this was a REDO, but in actuality this was an initial INSIDE job. He worked overtime on this job without any reservations.

I do not appreciate a cold call type sales pitch without even so much as a logo marked truck. The sales consultant approached my husband sitting on front porch which I construe as trying to take advantage of the elderly. In our household I handle all bills and know what we can afford on a fixed social security income. He wants this service so we will continue but I only want one year , NOT 2 year commitment. I appreciate the pictures of treatment and would like more photos or else you can ring doorbell and I will follow you around house to see how the service is performed. So far, satisfied. I would like a paper contract sent to the house as the salesman did not explain any of the details to me, only to my husband who has early dementia and is very forgetful. I also do not like that I was forced to sign the iPad with the Wrong address on it. I also have No idea how the billing is handled and need a full explanation . I do Not want to accept all your terms until I hear what they are, although I am not able to continue & send review unless I click it. I reserve the 3 Business days to consider cancellation if I do not hear from company by Tuesday.

Aptive honors their warranty. If there are any problems, even in between service, they will come back. I once had a roof rat caught in a trap and it was still alive. Aptive came and removed the rat the same day I called. I recently had a new issue with roaches and gnats. Although Aptive does not guarantee against gnats, they came and addressed the roaches. Larry was the technician, and he also told me how to prevent the roaches from coming up through the drains. Larry was very thorough and took precautions to protect my dogs during and after the treatment.

Very satisfied with the service. Notice that they did not replace the bait boxes at the back of my house. It's probably for the best because once they are filled, the racoons bat them around and I find them in my garden and out in the woods. They even move the ones I have on stone blocks if I fill them. Guess we can't beat all the critters.

I had a reservice because of bees in a bush I was trimming. Mathew H went right to spraying the nest and even volunteered to finish my trimming so I wouldn't get stung again. He had them swarming around him but, never got stung. Great job!

The technicians are friendly and explain what they do in a very thorough manner. For each treatment so far my wife and son have been home. My son has autism and can be curious when strangers come to the home and my wife has not had any bad incidents.
