I got charged for service that the tech did not perform. I have spider webs all over the outside of the house and a web with a spider in it. The tech supposedly removed all the webs etc. Also i dont see the little pellets etc in the yard that was supposed to be spread out. There were 2 people home all day today and they never saw the tech. This is completely unexceptable. This is unexceptable.

I emailed to cancel the appointment because I wouldn’t be home. They emailed to say the showed up, but I have no way of knowing if they did or what they did. My review is on why say email us if we need to cancel or reschedule if that doesn’t work. I still have ants in the kitchen from the last appointment, you stuff didn’t seem to even slow them down.

Terrible! The sales guy Jordan talked a huge game! He made their services sound incredible and worth every penny!! Promised so many things, pest removal, nest removal and so much more! When “the kid” arrives to provide me with this “amazing” service...he just puts his little backpack of bug repellent on and sprays..he removed nothing, he set zero traps on my property. Now I’m getting the run around from him and the office. I’ve called to complain an a “young girl” promises a manager will call me...HA! This company is a SCAM!

I was disappointed with my service. The technician was very nice, but was only here for about 15 minutes. I still have a lot of spider webs all around my house and yard. When I signed up for the service, I was told they would be taken care of. They were not.

My technician was excellent! I think he went above and beyond the call of duty. I had special needs for a problem with wasps. He listened to me and took care of my needs. Of all the technicians that have been out here, he is the best. I am very upset with Aptive consistently taking money out of mr bank account with no authorization. This has happened at least three times. That is theft!

I was engaged them when a sale person knocking my door in a weekend, and asked me to give a trial at a discount price $35. I repeatedly indicated I just to try once. However, the sale person put me in the contract and sent email that I did no realized I needed to call to cancel with 3 days. I call several times to cancel but their requested $200 cancellation fee. I was still fighting for getting out this trap!!!

The service lacks care. I’ve had 3 services and still have issues. Never had issues before with previous service. It’s disturbing that I’ve asked them to come back and re service twice 45 days in because the service professionals literally only sprayed the perimeter of the house and not the yard. So I have ants and bugs everywhere in the yard. The service/product is weak! Can’t wait to be out of contract to cancel.

I am not happy with the service at all. This is a re-service since the quarterly didn’t do it. I have multiple spider webs and I told the tech about them. I have pictures of the webs that remain even after the work I wish I was not in contract because I would not continue with Aptive. I told the tech we saw 1 house mouse and all that he did was leave me 3 mouse trap glue. I could do soo much more going to Home Depot and getting materials. He said he would stuff steel wool into visible holes indoors but never came back in to do that. I am no t happy at all. Would not recommend.
