In the beginning I loved it and now most techs don’t have the proper equipment mounted so they use a backpack sprayer. Very disappointing. Bring back the truck mounted sprayers and pellets.

For the second time we have the service and the technician barely spray he certainly doesn’t do even close what they are suppose to do . We have ants spider etc . Try to cancel and they want to charge 150$ for a service they didn’t do ! A totally dishonest company

If I give a ‘0’ I would. This company is a scam. They don’t do what they way. This company never shows up and is very disrespectful. Be careful, once you sign up with them, they will not let you go. Meaning, you can’t just cancel you’re hooked on for a while. THIS IS A SCAM.

I was with Aptive for three years. Customer Service is great. However, they could not get rid of my pests. The company would come out every quarter and I would have to call them to come back and spray about 2 or 3 times during the quarter. I would get all these weird theories on why the treatment weren't working. But honestly stay with them longer than I should have. They got replaced by me going to Lowes and applying my own treatment monthly. Save your money and either get a better company or DIY.
