Stated removal of egg sacks and webs as well as cleaning the eaves of insects. Every single window in my house still has all those things, none of them have been touched. Who knows if he actually did the chemical treatment I also paid for.

I am not happy that no one called me to let me know that they were on the way and to just show up at my door step at a few min before 8 am. Is completely ridiculous. This was my second service and the first one I was not happy with either. This is super unprofessional.

I have palmetto bugs inside my home. The tech only sprayed the outside, he said they were outside bugs. Well what about the bugs already inside my home? This is the 2nd time this has happened. I have always had my inside sprayed on a monthly basis by any other pest service I’ve used.Am cancelling my service tomorrow!

the same day he did the visit, we still have a lot of bugs, some insects, we couldn't sit outside. It's very bad they do their job for less than 5 minutes. I don't like it at all. I used it before another company they were a lot better service and result.

I scheduled my initial service for today 7/22 at 5:20pm...after my work hours. I saw from video surveillance that the Tech showed up at 3:51pm sprayed a bit outside and left at 4pm. Definitely not satisfied with the service. Seems the job is incomplete

I I was under the impression that he was going to do the inside of the house also. I also said would make arrangements to move stuff so he could come on a Monday because Friday I would not be here or Saturday. There must have been a complete misunderstanding of what was going on.

Your technician appeared to be in rush or mad... he left one of the doors wide open, I don’t know if he kicked it or what but that was difficult to closed and it was very good condition. the other side door was closed in a bad manner too all crooked it.
