I am actually not happy with my first service. First they made an appointment for one day and never showed up and said they will have to reschedule and when rescheduled the person came and left all the spider webs a huge one on my kids play ground where specifically asked to get all the webs. My husband thought that we never got done so he called are old pest people and had them come out. Please call me to cancel my next appointment and the rest of them. Thank you we will stick with are original pest people.

The company's high pressure sales led to an impossible contract from which to terminate. Though the contract promised to thwart mice, our home was infested with mice during their horrific service. If it were possible to leave less than 1-star I would do so. Avoid this company like the plague. It still cost me $150 to terminate in accordance with their unethical contract; however, doing so was worth it to get as far away from this company as I could!

Terrible! Aptive's salesman Tyler knocked at my door, offered a $69 one time service, after questioning over and over about the one-time fee and service, he switched the contract to a quarterly service without letting me know. That's why there are so many bad reviews and comments on social media. I ended up being charged for and extra service of $120 while I was not at home.

First, received email that service would be on Thursday 9/19, but no show. Called Friday 9/20, and was told service was scheduled for 9/20 - a lie and no explanation given. Came home and found spider web on patio next to patio door was still there, as well as webs along back brick wall. Lousy and incomplete service no matter what serviceman said in report. Would never recommend this service to anyone!

I have nothing but praise for your technician. However, I do have a major complaint regarding the choice of spraying pest control chemicals between two major storms during a tropical depression event. This shows me a very low ethics from your company scheduling and management. I resent paying for this service since there was approximately a two inch rainfall after the technician departed. I want to take this opportunity to sever all ties with Aptive Environmental.

Every single time we have had a schedule service we have to call and have the technician or another technician come back out to do things that should have been done the first time! When the technicians knock down wasps/bees nest from our eaves of the house they do not clean them up. Jermy knocked down a Mud Doober nest and made a huge mess and left it for my husband to clean up. I am less than impressed with the services I have been receiving and will cancel Aptive after my contract is up!

Save your money and go through another service. Spiders, mosquitos and fleas continue to be an issue. Every morning there are more spider webs around our outside fixtures. Aptive has treated twice and no bugs were ever killed. And I can't even login to their customer support, so no help there. They have been unresponsive to emails. As soon as I can I will be canceling my service

Horrible experience. Joshua wore rubber boots with out covering through out house. When procedded out side he seemed agitated and started referring me to Hilter and cursing at me. Sprayed poison in dogs water bowl. Very disrespectful had to tell him to stop and get off property. While in the process of getting off property in a threatening manner he said and I quote (I have your address and know where you live.) Called manager and told him what happened and to cancel any further treatments. Police report has been filed.

I am very unsatisfied with Aptive service. I have had several treatments so far and have not seen any difference in the spiders or rodents around the house. We had a treatment today and there were still spiderwebs around my porch and a spider crawling up the wall. I would absolutely cancel if they didn't scam you into paying a huge cancellation fee. But I will not be using them again after this year is up.
