Showed up without prior notice. It was raining when he came. Was only able to do weepholes. Is he coming back to do yard? I don't know. I don't know if the same technician was here the last time, but he left spray on the window panes in the doors.

I’m going around my garage to see a black widow hanging on the eaves, right next to it is a wasp nest! They are right by the garage door! There are cobwebs all over . What did he actually do here? There is a huge nest on the back of the garage along with 3-4 smaller ones! No cobwebbing was was done! They are all over the house and the garage This is unacceptable! I don’t feel like I should have to pay for this service- I have to spend my Sunday doing what your guy was supposed to do He wasn’t even here for 15 minutes!!

I had to schedule another service within 2 weeks in order to have the eves swept and a wasp nest taken down, mind you this is within 2 weeks of the home already being serviced. Had to call and schedule another appointment because the eves on my house had still not been swept. Been with this company for 2 months and have been very disappointed. With my previous company I never had to call them back.

I found the company to be by far the worst company I've ever worked with. As I spoke and dealt with the different levels of people between the tech all the way up to management they all lied. That's the scam the tech nods yes and leave. They sprayed poison in my yard while I was gone while I had pets home in the yard. They have left gates open. They talk to children after they had been told no parents are home. The tech even said half the time they dont spray and charge. BE VERY AWARE@

I signed up with Aptive Environmental because of a rodent pest control issue, unfortunately almost all technicians including the most recent one failed to address the problem. The technician did not replace my pest control traps, and simply added more bait on a second request visit....frustrating to say the least. Their customer service representative have been highly professional and have attempted to accommodate me.

I would give less stars if I could. Salesperson came to my home today, in the middle of our state being shut down, when asked to back away from the door he only came closer, touching our door frame, door handle, etc. Our state has a mandate to be 6 feet away from anyone else. How they are even going door to door right now I don't understand considering we are all supposed to be sheltered in place? If this company doesn't care about the safety of the neighbors it's trying to sell to, how could I ever trust their service. I've reported them to the BBB already.
