I enrolled in June, because I had a minor ant, spider, and mouse problem. After the June treatment, I still had an ant, spider and mouse problem. After the July quarterly treatment, I now have a larger ant problem, still spiders, but I'm not sure about the mice. I don't know how, but my ant issue got worse, not better!

I was disappointed with the service, the guy managed to knock down half the wasp nest leaving them swarming on the remaining part. He also left the poison covered knocked down portion on my lawn for my pets or children to access.

beyond the expectations, we got billed for the free visit, and can't resubscribe over the phone, the first treatment was absolutely useless, got more spiders and mosquitoes than before, the second one was billed, but it should have been the free inspection

Many Cobb webs on the rear of the home remained after treatment. Sales contract was to treat around base of trees near the home and deck along the home and entrances, and not just along foundation.

Scammed. Do not purchase this service. We are paying a lot of money to still have to deal with bugs and spider webs. We were told our gutters would be be cleaned. Not. We were told spider webs and bugs would be gone. Not. Very disappointing. If we cancel, we still have to pay for the full year. Painful.

My wife took off from work and waited for the technician at home. We don’t know when he came, he did not ring the doorbell. We needed treatment inside the home, and that didn’t happen. There was no notice or paperwork left at the door, to indicate that the technician was here.

Technician rang the doorbell to announce his arrival. I asked about chemicals used inside the home and are they user friendly. He replied as long as they're dry, about an hour. He treated the front of the house and left. I never saw him on either side of the house and know for certain he did not treat the back.
