Not good. I want to cancel service. I was told he would be here after 12pm. He never called and showed up late at 6:30 p.m. He suppose to have sprayed for ants indoor, but I didn’t let him in since he was not wearing a mask nor did he have one. Not good. Hello, covid 19!!!

Seems like once you sign up, the first visit was rushed. Lot of spider webs. Don’t know if spray was used at the base of the house or not. Also it would be great if there was info provided that explained what would be done during the visit.

This place is worst than Comcast in their customer service when it comes to attempting to cancel services. I have been run around for days via email, phone, and their chat function. You are always pushed off into another waiting queue, or told someone will call you back. Scummy practices that hope you will just let their service auto run every quarter. This is my experience with the Detroit branch.

You came into my home to treat it, and in one of the bedrooms there was a some type of pellets and you said oh this is termites. So I had to have a termite inspector come out, only to be told that it is the work of ants. So if you are a pest control company you should know the difference between ant damage and termite damage. Now I'm locked in a contract with an incompetent company and you want to charge me $250.00 to leave after I just had to pay a Termite inspection company for no reason! I do not recommend!

Terrible experience with this company. Tech came and assumed I had a problem with aphids and slugs. I told him no, but I do carpenter bees on my back deck. But I said they were supposed to spray the plants last time they were out. I watch him just spray the plants and leave. Your company has terrible communication and service. As I sit here under my deck I see 6 plus mature wasp nest they missed knocking down I someone with some authority from this company to call me.

The next morning after treatment I was swarmed by knots as I took pictures of new elaborate spiders webs with fat and happy spiders in the center. Watched as mud daw era crawled into my roof. Technician was kind however should be in the office and not spraying water around my yard. I will now go through the pain of attempting to get out of this contract.
