We did not receive any notice they were coming. They just showed up. My cleaning lady was the only one at the house and he said they sent an email which I have not received. Please send a notice next time. Also every time I call the office and ask robot to speak to customer service rep, it hangs up on me.

You say you treated my house including kitchen, bedroom etc. but no one entered my house. How can that be?! No marker was left outside either and I still haven’t seen anyone. Did you go to the right house because it definitely wasn’t mine! I was charged twice yesterday!! Why?! May 9 was a scheduled day for treatment no one showed up either!

He made us to cancel our contract with Aptive, he came all the way to our house and said i don't know why our dispatcher sent me here your service due next month, I think it wasn't really hard for him to do 5 minutes of spraying.

The technician John W showed up at 1:00 when my service was scheduled between 8 - 12. No call or reason was given for showing up late. I was also told a supervisor would be coming to my home this time and nothing. John W also walk into my home and tracked mud on my carpet. And didn’t not apologize. The worse service ever.

Horrible door-to-door sales tactics! They came into our town without permits or background checks and they were extremely rude. Several postings of them coming back multiple times after being told to leave, disrespectful of no solicitation signs on properties, very combative when told residents are not interested.

Not satisfied at all! I have cameras and followed the guy. The house was only serviced barely 1/4 of the area. Barely sprayed anything. I asked for mouse trap service didn’t even to touch them. Asked for flea spray, didn’t happen. No weep hole sweep. Didn’t not go around the corner of the house.
