Your company and technician have been terrible. We still have wasp nests, red ants along side of our garage and little black ants coming into our kitchen and dining area. You also stated we would be notified when payment would be taken out of account, but did not and created a $35 overdraft. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES AT ALL

This is a flat out scam. They don’t follow through and their customer service is non existent. You’re better off buying $300 worth of bug spray and doing it yourself. Don’t allow a new pest into your home while trying to be rid of another.

I've never had a tech enter my house to spray for bugs. Each time, including today, the tech is here for less than 5 minutes and only in the backyard and it costs me $150 . I've never seen a tech spray a thing or put anything around doors or windows. Extremely dissatisfied with this service.

They charged my credit card for service that was not provided and refused to refund me for the charge. the technician got in his vehicle and left after he knocked on the door. No services were provided.
