the job was not fully completed didnt spray the whole yard an didnt spray the patio or the shed or bushes like i said when i called very disappointed with the service i want a refund it was not amazing he didnt spray around the whole house i still see alot alot of ticks an rats i cant even go outside

Was not given a heads up that y’all were coming and the payment drafted out, overdraft that account! Y’all were supposed to be out weeks ago due to bugs and scorpions, but canceled last minute. I have a 1 year old in the house! Then never heard back on a reschedule. Not happy at all!!!

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. They charged me for a service that wasn’t even completed. Their report claims that someone came to my home and completed a service however I have cameras to prove that no one ever showed up! This seems like fraudulent activity on the company’s behalf!

Horrible service. Nothing works at all. I had services done over and over and no results. Their customer service is extremely bad and have to wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and then you end up leaving a message and no one calls back. Never sign up for their service.

The guy came and left without my notice even I told him to let me know before he left, and he actually did a very poor job: he did not bring enough traps for mice to put on the attic and did not clean the outside as the required performance. I definitely do not recommend this company for pest control service.

Once you sign a contract there is no longer customer service. Show up when they want no schedule flexibility. They will text you the day before. Then not respond to calls or emails and show up first thing the next morn to make sure they can charge you. Tech Spent 12 minutes on my property
