One of your drivers almost hit me driving a black pickup truck in bothell WA. While also driving with a full truck bed that was not secure at all. After I was almost hit by the truck something flew out of the truck’s bed and hit my car. Not securing loads is illegal in WA state and extremely dangerous. Maybe don’t give this irresponsible business your money?

Unsatisfactory - Purchased services two weeks ago ONLY after requesting assurances that the pesticide applications would not damage outdoor plants. Turns out that five plants have leaf and/or branch burn from the sprayed chemicals. We rejected $20 coupon offer (!) and see no practical reason to continue services that cause damage. Waiting now for Aptive to propose a resolution. Depending on outcome, will not hesitate to post comments on social media, including Facebook and Nextdoor.

Had a sales guy come thru my neighborhood and give me a sales pitch, I decided to try it now on the day they are to be here no call no show wasted a good part of my day waiting on them. Called the service number just to be put on hold for a long time and told they don't know what's happening but the guy is no where near me. If this is how there going to treat a new client I'd hate to be a regular.

I am a resident in Virginia Beach VA and witnessed one of your representatives disrespecting a young man from another pest control company (I will not mention the name of his company) today. The young man was simply walking towards my neighbors residence when your Aptive representative berated him. I could see the young man was rattled and just walked away. I found it so rude that I will say now that I would not and will never use Aptive at all. In fact I will only consider the company of the young man who was deprecated who in fact was very polite when speaking to me.

Great sale tactics, terrible product. Was told it would take care of most insect around the house. We still have spiders, lady bugs, wasps, boxelder bugs, etc. Called to cancel and they wanted to charge me another $300 to cancel because they didn't live up to how they sold their product. Scam is coming your way. Horrible customer service with that BS. Better off doing this yourself and avoid an unpleasant cancelation call later.

They sent out a technician the following day without giving us a window and the technician never sprayed inside bc we weren’t home (bc the time he came was not agreed upon w me and therefore it wasn’t a good time).

The technician did not want to spray the second floor level. He was going to leave before we had to ask. After the last pest control that was performed prior to this one we started to see more bugs within the last month.

The man listed to do the Job was Toby R., and he had another employee with him who was not listed or named they did not complete the job I have security footage proving they didn’t do the job, and when called out on they proceeded to come towards me in a threatening manner. I have now placed two calls about this incident and I’m still waiting to hear back. I love Aptive as a company but this employee and his companion over stepped serious boundaries.

The notes from the tech states he removed harborage around our entire home, but on video cam you can clearly see he never goes towards our side gate with that tool. He was more busy and occupied chatting on the phone with a personal conversation rather than providing the thorough service that would be expected. Time to look for another company...

Wish zero stars was an option. Absolutely THE worst company on the entire planet & I will make sure to let EVERYONE know. Major rip off company! No one in their right mind would pay $270+ on an initial treatment. We've reached out to their customer support 4 different times to cancel and are given completely different answers each time. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

On previous visits your agent has over sprayed windows. It leaves a film. I payed over $150.00 for window cleaning a week before your recent service. I called your company prior to that service date and asked that a note be given the agent to not overspray windows. On the date of service (Jan 29) your agent again sprayed the glass and told me he was not given special instructions. I should not have to pay for the service on Jan 29.

I was not contacted upon arrival. I requested to have my home serviced on 01/30. I have 2 dogs in my backyard and only the front was sprayed. And for a $124 payment. The office does not have communication with the techs.

Not only one time but two times so far that guy came and and didn’t do anything and left!!!! One guy ring the bell, talked to me, went back in the car and left without any work.
