Horrible I’m going to cancel my contact. The sales guy told me the chemicals they use are not bad for kids as I mentioned him about my 4 moths old. When their technician came today he refuse to spray because of my sons age. I’m planning to sue them for wrong advertising and using harmful chemicals.

Came in without notifications ahead and not following with the schedules as indicated in the apps. The most worst thing was, the technician didn’t even bother ringing the door bells to have communication with the owners for backyard access but left a note for “ call the company to re-schedule”. Poor service with lousy working performance.

Terrible customer service, wait times of over an hour and when they do answer they hang up. The call back service never results in a call back. Its been over two weeks and have not been able to SPEAK to someone about my problem let alone have it addressed. Choose a more reputable company as you will only be left frustrated with this one.

The appointment was canceled, and they still showed up. I received the email said that the service is completed, and I need to pay them 110 dollars. What a joke it is. They showed up and left within 1 minutes, and it is a completed service.

Just had recent treatment for ant problem and were just informed that problem today is worse than ever, so treatments aren’t working. Had another recent re-treatment 2 weeks back and no help. None of our neighbors have the issues that we are having.

Service quality is dependent on the rep. Our first service was awesome, this last one, not so much: Three people show up- no masks, not even during our conversations. Didn't get the services I was expecting. Didn't get one of the services I asked for upon arrival (bait traps outside).

Had an appointment for yesterday and waited, received an email stating my appointment was done. Funny I never heard my ring go off or when I went back to look at my cameras there was no recordings. So basically I paid for a service I never received. I called customer service and was advised that my tech went to a different home.

i'm not happy with the srvice perform it took the tech maybe 10min to perform the job on a 2000gal .come on i apply with my wter hose less than 16oz to the lawn and take me like half hour . Ok in short word i'm planning to disconinue the service

The technician sprayed right on and around a bag of clothes that was by the front door leaving it in a pool of wet spray. Also the de-webbing is sub-par. I have to say I had higher hopes with this new service.

Our experience has not been good. As we have stated. Now they send a tech when we are not there. The only thing that could have been sprayed is the front yard. I emailed saying we are out of town,Please reschedule. Nobody checks the emails apparently either

They were good at the beginning. They solved my bug problem. Then they stopped showing up. I was denied my quarterly service after paying for it. I asked for a refund and was denied. With all these bugs out in the heat I am out the money to pay for another company to come out. Bad service from a company that has a guarantee.

This is the second visit. On the first visit, I noticed a difference in the number of dead insects and spiders. As for the second visit, it was of no value. I did not notice any change, so the spiders are still everywhere and the flowers in the garden are worn out. and he refused to do the inside
