Tech did a good job, only thing is I still have a lot of ants and spider webs are still coming up like crazy! In comparison I used terminix last year and saw quick results.

This is the second visit. On the first visit, I noticed a difference in the number of dead insects and spiders. As for the second visit, it was of no value. I did not notice any change, so the spiders are still everywhere and the flowers in the garden are worn out. and he refused to do the inside

He came out here with a bad attitude. Broke some landscape lighting and kicked stuff I had sitting in the driveway. I went outside today, it look like a big animal came crashing through the yard, my daughter said no that was the bug guy. Please don't send him to my house again, Thank You.

Really bad service the 2nd time. When we asked to spray in few particular areas he didn't and when we asked him if it was done, he lied straight on our face. The technician was rude as well. Have a 1year contract but it will change the company next year for sure

I am extremely displeased. Roaches, earwigs, scorpions, all the reasons we started with your company are still showing up in the house. I have two young children and multiple pets. I cannot have these crawling all over! Very disappointed.

We had special instructions when making our appt for the technician to call us before arriving. Did he call? Nope. Who knows if he treated our problem areas that were also noted during the initial appt scheduling either. Not impressed!

I am a current customer and they have ignored all of my calls and they keep hanging up on me, and wont answer any of my messages and are in breach of contract. I have been very polite. I don't know what else to do other than to leave a message on this website.

I didn't like that the technician was not wearing a mask. I told him he couldn't come in without a mask. He mumbled something but refused to put on mask.I told him I didn't want your service then.. He left but I was still charged $99.!!! I want to cancel my service.

I was charged without authorization! if there were overdraft fees from my bank would you have paid them? I asked the tech to send the same guy who performed the initial treatment. I was not informed of the visit!

Guess you get what you pay for. I have had great experience with Edge. This service was not so good. I have had nothing but insect issues since you were here. I feel like you put more in the yard. I don’t even think they did my backyard. Nobody asked me to unlock the gate. And it was done way to quickly to be done well for my size house.

They made a lot of promises in the beginning and made it sound like I was getting a great deal. Price went from $99 a service to $129 when I received the contract. They advertise free reservices but just ignore them when you request. I would stick with a more established pest control company.
