Aptive took $89 out of my checking account when they were not authorized to do so. I have been trying to get that money back for 15 day. 11 phones, 5 voicemail messages, submitted a claim to the BBB & a letter to the CEO of Aptive.....ad of today no credit has been issued !!

When the solicitor came to acquire business he said you’ll spray right from the fences to the curbs. The technician didn’t do anything of that sort and was done in 15 minutes! Very disappointed ☹️

It was pouring down rain when the technician arrived, and I didn't see him ever get out. He parked directly in front of my house. I work from home and never saw him get out of his car. I have six cameras around my house, and not one got him minimally walking my property or doing any service.

Your company and technician have been terrible. We still have wasp nests, red ants along side of our garage and little black ants coming into our kitchen and dining area. You also stated we would be notified when payment would be taken out of account, but did not and created a $35 overdraft. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES AT ALL

This is a flat out scam. They don’t follow through and their customer service is non existent. You’re better off buying $300 worth of bug spray and doing it yourself. Don’t allow a new pest into your home while trying to be rid of another.

I've never had a tech enter my house to spray for bugs. Each time, including today, the tech is here for less than 5 minutes and only in the backyard and it costs me $150 . I've never seen a tech spray a thing or put anything around doors or windows. Extremely dissatisfied with this service.

The technician arrived unannounced, knocked on the door and left before I could answer the door. They charged my credit card for service that was not provided and refused to refund me for the charge. the technician got in his vehicle and left after he knocked on the door. No services were provided.
