I was home when they came but they did not come to the door and let me know they were here. I wanted them to come inside and spray but I guess they had other ideas. Will probably cancel my service as this was very upsetting. I honestly don't even know what they did outside or if they even did anything.

Technician appeared he was hoping we didn't want to get the service we pay for. He was on the phone the entire time here. He didn't spray the the whole house. He left the back door open and went through the front door and he never said he was finished or was leaving. Very bad service or lack of.

We dont actually know what the tec did. He stated he could not do things that the last tech specifically came out to do. We didn't see him go around the house. He never let us know he completed and what he did. So we dont know what service we actually received.

I tell them what I need sprayed for and they come out and spray for everything else. Call request for a revisit to spray for what the problem is they came out again and still sprayed foreverything else. I don’t think I will keep my services with this company.

This is the 3rd treatments from the 1 year contract I signed. Half the area didn't get swept because I still can see all the spider nests and webs. I was told that the 2nd treatment will show results but is still the same as if I didn't pay anyone to do it. This is the waste of $700 contract I have paid for.

There are cobwebs all over our house! The tech dint wipe down anything! We live in a white two story home. It looks terrible!! This is the second time I’ve complained about it. I’m canceling my service and going back to Rottler or Micks.

We were home all day and did not see the service being performed nor were we notified. We have a child and a dog who we would have needed to not allow outside for 1-2 hours. Not related to this service, but the two free treatments in between were never performed as requested. Ill be canceling the service and disputing the charge

Aptive rep came for their first service and service was extremely dissatisfied. The service was not complete as expected and Job is half done. During initial demonstration they spent 30 minutes to complete the service to win the business. I will rate 0 for their service and not recommend any one to opt the service.
