I am beginning to think this is a scam. No one came to our house on 9/4 to treat. I will cancel this contract with the help of the state attorney general for fraud and not holding up to your end of the contract. My mother in law is in the house all day and no one came to the house!

The worst!! Called 3 times to remove a hornets nest. Not one call back! Called two more times to cancel service. Both times calls role to central call center. They took my information and said no problem to cancel. Got billed again, with person never showing up!!! Next call is to the police for fraud and charging for non-services...

My wife was home all day and wouldn't have even known your tech came by if we didn't find the paper on the door. She has told the techs on the last 2 services that the inside needs to be treated for fleas. Techs told her they would have to service the inside for fleas on the next service. This has not happened.

I made a payment on the day the technician came but he didn’t give me any receipt to show that he received my payment. After the treatment, I still see cockroaches and spiders around my house. Messages and letters keep reminding me make a payment although I did.
