He was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful, especially after talking with our friends who had gone through different companies and their loan processors were there to support them and not shame them and blame them for not having documents.

It took my loan almost five months to get go through. Communication was poor. I think they during the process the representatives can be in contact with the customer more and giving them more updates as to what's needed and what is supposed to be done during the process of the loan, which I didn't get much cooperation on that. I had to keep calling, calling, calling and like I said, my loan took almost five months to get approved and I think that was terrible.

Everything was almost perfect. There was just a little bit of a hiccup at the end with some miscommunication between the loan processor and the loan officer, but other than that, it went very smoothly. Anytime you want customer support, they've gotten back pretty much immediately.

The verification was kind of a pain in the butt because I did not have standard hourly income from previous jobs that they kept running, but other than that it was fairly easy and painless.

The other I worked with at the end and she wouldn't return my calls and when she didn't I couldn't understand anything she would say.
