They were very polite and they were very good. They returned phone calls and they answered questions. Everything that I needed other than at the end was fine. It was great and I'd recommend them. At the end when there was something I was supposed to do, they recommended doing it through the computer, but then the bank was asking for passwords and all kinds of stuff. I called back and they looked into it. But they couldn't find anything and that left me hanging. I was pulling out my hair because my computer is not hooked up to a fax machine and my cell phone doesn't send pictures over. I had somebody working on it to send pictures to you. She worked on it all night and finally said forget it. So I had to go to CVS and get pictures developed and then I sent them, faxed them, but that still wasn't good enough. So the appraiser came out and took pictures and got that over with. So I don't know. Some of it was very harrowing, some of it was great. But all in all, I was pleased.

They were on the ball. We had some problems with the lawyer because I actually inherited some land in the house and that was part of the the loan and they actually were on top of that pretty well. I would call them to let them give them a heads up on something that happened and they already knew about it. They already called and checked up on it. They were on top of it better than I was. Sometimes they were very specific on everything that they needed. And if you didn't have the exact exact exact thing they needed, they couldn't do it. And it just, it just took a lot longer than than it normally would have.

I'm really happy with this service. The men working on it were fantastic and the team really got through some rough struggles. I had an address problem, which is very rare. That that ended up being the hardest part of the whole thing. hey had things moving along really fast and they told me what I needed to do. It would have been done a lot sooner, but the the address thing was a big hold up. I really like AmeriSave, what they had to say and and how they proceeded with other things. I was able to contact him anytime I needed to, he made sure that. He was available at all times and kept me posted the whole way. I would refer them to anyone.

Everybody was just so cooperative. The lady I dealt with, Jessica, was amazing. I also dealt with Jacqueline. She was also amazing. I mean they kept in touch. I was never wondering what was going on. I could call them at any time during their business hours or leave a message. They always returned calls. They saved me quite a bit on the refinance. The interest rate was very important to me. They got it reduced and also lowered my house payment, which was very successful and it saved me quite a bit of money per month. I don't think anybody gave me wrong direction or anything. They were very honest about how things were going to work, whether it was good or bad, which it never turned out to be anything bad. It was always good. I dealt with them because they got me what I needed very expeditiously. I was glad that they reached out to me. I would recommend them highly to anybody that's looking for a refinance or anything to do with their home. It went the way I wanted it to. The price is right. I'm saving considerable amount of money per month. It's been a very awesome experience. I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks to hear back from them. Everything was going along day by day and I was hearing from Jessica almost every single day on what needed to be processed. I had no problem with Amerisave. They followed me and led me right down the way that needed to go to get processed and the closure on the refinance done and very, very quickly.

We were not the easiest couple to work with. My schedule and probably the fact that I work in health care didn't help. They were always upbeat and kind doing everything they could to help us with getting documentation turned in and just truly showing us the way! We would have proved too difficult I fear for a less experienced company. Quintin Fawbush gave me the courage to go for the re-fi in the first place. We did the whole thing on my I phone....yikes!
