I think both Michael and Kimberly, the ladies who helped me, did a really good job of being responsive to helping me deal with certain issues. The title company that AmeriSave used did not want to manage signatures electronically, and so I had to go through a lot of hoops to get notaries and all those kinds of things. So it was a bit of a pain in the neck.

They put forth all the effort. It was laid out and explained very well. My loan originator went out of her way to help. It was a very good, easy process. The verification was kind of a pain in the butt because I did not have standard hourly income from previous jobs that they kept running, but other than that it was fairly easy and painless.

I chose Amerisave because they gave me an excellent rate and I'm extremely satisfied. I had one customer service rep that was great, answered all my calls, and spoke really good english. The other I worked with at the end and she wouldn't return my calls and when she didn't I couldn't understand anything she would say.

I have an excellent loan officer. Excellent service by Eric. It was so streamlined, I was able to upload the files just like that and it was very intuitive and it was pretty straightforward I didn't need to spend much time to understand it. My loan officer so was very prompt. It could be emailed out or texts she was always on top of it.

They give you access to the portal where you can upload your documents. It's better than the old fashioned way of asking your permission. It was just simpler to do everything through the portal. They offered a better interest rate that any other mortgage company. I am glad I did it with Amerisave.

The rates are lower than everyone else. It was really easy, it was quick and fast and efficient and they knew what they were doing and so it's wonderful. I always get quick responses to the emails from my agent, he's really fast and I don't have to wait around for answers.
