The verification was kind of a pain in the butt because I did not have standard hourly income from previous jobs that they kept running, but other than that it was fairly easy and painless.

Everything from start to finish took approximately 3 weeks, roughly. Communication was fabulous. I had many many questions because I had never refinanced my house prior to the Biden administration, and they answered every question and were very polite. No hidden fees or costs. The website was a little outdated compared to some of the other user interfaces. Everybody was very responsive and available. I really enjoyed working with with Chris. I chose Amerisave because they gave me an excellent rate and I'm extremely satisfied. I had one customer service rep that was great, answered all my calls, and spoke really good english. The other I worked with at the end and she wouldn't return my calls and when she didn't I couldn't understand anything she would say.

It very reasonable. I've been very happy so far. I really like the way it amerisave processed my mortgage. First of all it was done online and I had the opportunity to select the interest rate that I would like to apply to my loan. So I had that option. They give you access to the portal where you can upload your documents. It's better than the old fashioned way of asking your permission. It was just simpler to do everything through the portal. They offered a better interest rate that any other mortgage company. I am glad I did it with Amerisave.

It was so streamlined, I was able to upload the files just like that and it was very intuitive and it was pretty straightforward I didn't need to spend much time to understand it. The person that we originally started dealing with had left and we got a new person and we had a little bit of a hiccup there, just a minute but it was nothing big, we had to send in a couple of things that we had already sent in once that that is just maybe a little bit of confusion with the transition but it was very pleasant and very quick.

Part of the problem was that I wasn't able to scan the documents that they needed so I had to go to a a local staples and have them faxed over to to amerisave a but I mean that was a personal problem.The representative who helped me out he was very very helpful and efficient and walk me through the whole process.
