I really like that we pretty much were able to do everything online, which is helpful for me because I'm in a lot of meetings during the day, so It's it's a lot faster when I can just communicate through e-mail or text. Cindy was really good. She got back to me, she was excellent. I thought the process took a little longer than it could have taken. The only thing I wasn't clear about is they mailed me the checks to mail off to my creditors and then I had to spend the money in the postage because I had to have those sent overnight. I had to spend an additional $28.00 I thought that they could have taken care of that. I thought the support was really good.

They were very helpful and very responsive. I think it was very long and stressful, but not because of how they work. The processes is just too much paperwork, too much to do, and in the end it took more than 1/2 a month to get everything done.

I'm glad, they were really easy to work with. Everyone seemed really knowledgeable and it was overall a good experience. I think both Michael and Kimberly, the ladies who helped me, did a really good job of being responsive to helping me deal with certain issues. The title company that AmeriSave used did not want to manage signatures electronically, and so I had to go through a lot of hoops to get notaries and all those kinds of things. So it was a bit of a pain in the neck.

They put forth all the effort. It was laid out and explained very well. My loan originator went out of her way to help. It was a very good, easy process. The verification was kind of a pain in the butt because I did not have standard hourly income from previous jobs that they kept running, but other than that it was fairly easy and painless.

I had many many questions because I had never refinanced my house prior to the Biden administration, and they answered every question and were very polite. No hidden fees or costs. I was looking around trying to figure the best way to go when it was time to buy my house and AmeriSave Mortgage was one of the places that I looked at and I spoke with someone. I think that is what really sold me on AmeriSave. When I spoke with someone they wouldn't harass me calling every 5 minutes saying, we want to help you, we want to help you. I talked to her and she was like "Well, I'd be more than happy to help you. You choose to go our route." They were good people. They were willing to help and answer my questions. The loan was done very quick without delay. My credit score was lower and I had a mortgage with a bank before, but they wouldn't do anything, so I found AmeriSave Mortgage online. The other I worked with at the end and she wouldn't return my calls and when she didn't I couldn't understand anything she would say.

If there were any problems that would show up, I got an immediate call or email. So I was kept in the loop the entire time. It is the best offer. I would definitely recommend them.
