I really like that I could complete my application online. It was a fairly easy process and the only issue I had was my loan originator got sick in the middle of the process. It slowed things down a little bit, and I was confused because no one communicated he had gotten sick. Aside from that, she was very prompt and would call or email me back immediately.

I chose them because our refinance rates in the spring. It was easy process I guess that they had my information already so I didn't have to do a whole lot of extra work and their rate was pretty good. I believe Amber S was my person in charge of my loan and she was just very helpful and she didn't waste my time.

My mortgage specialist was very friendly. They offered me a competitive rate. There were a lot of steps throughout the process and many pieces of evidence I had to submit. There was a lot of back and forth, but it was still a good process. They were very good at staying in touch.

I think the key to any loan application process is the loan officer and Jill did a wonderful job. I can’t speak for others’ experiences but if you get Jill working for you, I think you get a first rate professional. Every time I called, I either got Jill directly or she called within an hour to get to my questions. It was excellent.

AmeriSave seems to be the best and they worked out for me. Basically everything is done online so as long as you are comfortable with that, it is fine. They gave me three contact numbers so if I had any questions, I could contact anybody.

They gave me a good rate. The sales person was the reason I went back. He was not pushy and he explained everything. The beginning was wonderful but the closing person was a little lacking, and did a lot of needing things in a half an hour. They should understand that communication is essential.

I had a mixed experience with the service. While one representative was not helpful, the new rep was outstanding and made a significant difference. I do wish there was an online tracking system to better understand the process steps, as it felt unclear at times. Overall, I would recommend this service despite the minor issues.
