We used Amerisave for our refinance of our home to take out the equity to purchase an investment property. While the refinance went fine, our loan originator resigned in the middle of the transaction. The team that was assigned to us afterwards was not as great as the one before. While they were really helpful in some ways, the loan processor was just rude, and lied to our title company and would make things seem like she told us something when she did not.

I had a lot of trouble with the title company and it kicked me out of my relaxed period once. They always got back to me fast. I do think they should notify you when they when switch the loan originator. Because I started out with one Michelle Dalka in Atlanta. And then I had no word and then all of a sudden I had a new guy.

It is a very easy, simple process. But sometimes it was difficult to pay since you can't pay AmeriSave straight, you have to pay through another company. I wish that you could pay right through that AmeriSave so that they handle their own mortgage payments.

Very responsive to my questions and calls during the process. The main issue was that the originator had to go through a lot to get the loan processed correctly and it took many phonecalls to her. She did everything she could but others at the company dropped the ball. Loan Processor even told my personal financial information to my realtor - why? Not ok.
