Everyone has been outstanding starting with Julian then Gary even the appraiser they used and the closing title representative. My only recommendation once I receive my mortgage package initially I only had the option to set-up automatic payments was sending in avoided blank, check or deposit slip. Some thing I haven’t had in over 10 years. Once I reached out to customer service, they were able to walk me through a different website to set up the automatic payment from my bank account. It would probably be beneficial to most if that information was included in the welcome packet as another option for setting up payments.

When we thought of the possibility of refinancing our home, a lot of questions came to mind. Do we stay with our current lender or explore what is available today. We tried with our current lender and did not get good vibes; like it was a bother to ask. After research, and many calls, I clicked on AmeriSave and things started to happened. Ken called and I gave him our information; he offered a great loan rate and the streamline process began to happen. A few days later Sabrina the processor called, and in a day Joey was calling to set a closing date. Professional, courteous and very well presented from the start to the final paper signing. I recently refinanced my home with Amerisave Mortgage, Brandon D represented me for the processing steps. This was a trouble-free refinance ending with a great interest rate.I thought I was going to have trouble proceeding with the loan because during the time the processing was being done I ended up with covid 19 but everything continued along smoothly.. I think I might have been the first virtual refinanced closing ever and John G took care of all the signing the processing and getting me the paperwork and having me sign it , he followed all the safety protocols for safety from the virus.I can't thank AmeriSave and everyone concerned all the way to the processor making sure everything was correct for closing. I love my new interest rate thank you John Wayne

The guy named Jason, I gave him a 10 out of 5. But the person who handled my actual mortgage, I don't actually even know their name. That's how much I talked to her that she would get a -1. There is a very mixed emotion. It's messed up because my mortgage handler didn't actually do my mortgage. So it was a really, really jacked up experience.

Our loan originator was amazing, but the rest of the process and the rest of the people we worked with were awful. Specifically working with Clayton H was awful. He was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful, especially after talking with our friends who had gone through different companies and their loan processors were there to support them and not shame them and blame them for not having documents.

It took my loan almost five months to get go through. Communication was poor. I think they during the process the representatives can be in contact with the customer more and giving them more updates as to what's needed and what is supposed to be done during the process of the loan, which I didn't get much cooperation on that. I had to keep calling, calling, calling and like I said, my loan took almost five months to get approved and I think that was terrible.
