AmeriSave’s home page I found to be confusing and it was often difficult to find the documents that they wanted me to upload and where to put them and the person who I worked with in customer service would change. The interest rate is low so I am still glad I went with AmeriSave.

The process started off great with the first representative. As soon as it was passed on to others, my experience was horrible. No returned calls or emails. Then to compound the horrible experience, there was a mix up with the mailing of the closing documents to the co-borrower which resulted in the closing date being pushed back. My frustration increased when my calls to fix the mix up weren't returned.
