Everything was almost perfect. There was just a little bit of a hiccup at the end with some miscommunication between the loan processor and the loan officer, but other than that, it went very smoothly. Anytime you want customer support, they've gotten back pretty much immediately.

AmeriSave offered a really good interest rate. But it was difficult because I worked overseas for a long time and they just didn't understand foreign income earned. It was really difficult to get them to understand that. They were changing and asking for things all the time, even up to the last day. The loan officer was really good - he tried his best. It was just the underwriters were difficult. But the loan officer himself was amazing. He was very supportive, always there to call and answer emails in a very prompt manner. He was outstanding. I'd give him five out of five.
