I paid for the warranty, and it's frustrating that they require documents I never needed before. I expected better service and support for my warranty.

I would rate my experience poorly because there was only one person who truly helped me throughout the entire process. I was expecting more support and guidance, but unfortunately, that was lacking. The guy named Jason, I gave him a 10 out of 5. But the person who handled my actual mortgage, I don't actually even know their name. That's how much I talked to her that she would get a -1. There is a very mixed emotion. It's messed up because my mortgage handler didn't actually do my mortgage. So it was a really, really jacked up experience.

They're real good, friendly, and professional. But they charge way too many fees. I borrowed like 20,000 on my house and it cost me 26,000. So that wasn't very much of a good deal.

Our loan originator was amazing, but the rest of the process and the rest of the people we worked with were awful. Specifically working with Clayton H was awful. He was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful, especially after talking with our friends who had gone through different companies and their loan processors were there to support them and not shame them and blame them for not having documents.

It took my loan almost five months to get go through. Communication was poor. I think they during the process the representatives can be in contact with the customer more and giving them more updates as to what's needed and what is supposed to be done during the process of the loan, which I didn't get much cooperation on that. I had to keep calling, calling, calling and like I said, my loan took almost five months to get approved and I think that was terrible.
