I have been trying to get my supplemental property tax paid through my impound account. I have sent several emails to research department and tax @ your mortgage online, I also called the customer service department. Everytime I called they give me the run around

It took 2 months to close. The refinancing was handled by to many people and as the paper work was being done we had to keep summiting the same paper work. Amerisave was supposed to pay off our loans on a certain date and it still hasn’t happened. The worst refinance ever.

Worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with. They offered me $2244 in lender credits when I started the process. They won't let me lock in for my rate. The closing costs went from 4436 to 9985. Now I missed out on refinancing and wasted 45 days doing with their ineptitude

Worst company ever! I own multiple properties so I've dealt with lots of lenders. They do not reply to you. Each department does not communicate with each other. They waste so much time. They promise you low rates but don't lock in rates tell after they waste months of your time doing nothing! Avoid them with all cost!

Felt like I was being talked "down to". Probably because of my age. Was told I had to put 33% down payment on a $160K townhouse? Maybe those are the rules. The kid spoke to me like I was poor white trash. I could pay cash for this townhouse if I wanted to. What a waste of time. Good riddance.

Incompetent, don’t use. Stringing us along since December 2020 for refinance. Always some excuse about why they weren’t sure why it was taking so long. Now everything, termite inspection, etc expired. Rate has gone up now, would not recommend. All those wasted months we could have used someone who a actually do what they are supposed to.

Everything seemed great until months later my loan originator was fired. Then the manager slow dragged it for even longer. Now I've just been terminated from loan process after I sent an email asking how much money I've lost in the rate change in the last 5 months. Not amazing

If I could give this a a review of -1000 I would. They do nothing but push paperwork around after you pay a $500.00 fee. You get bombarded with text, emails and voicemails having you redo and resend for months on end. I give up.

I literally engaged them to refinance my mortgage, did everything they asked and submitted every document on time, and then they just... didn't refinance the mortgage. They told me my rate was "locked" but the expired date on that "lock" expired, entirely due to their own mistakes. Terrible company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It has been a terrible experience. Asking for the same documents repeatedly. Saying they are going to move the mortgage forward and then nothing. I have asked for my application fee back. It has been 4 months and there is no end in sight. Don't use this company!!

If I could give no stars I would. I have an 830 credit rating and have been hassling with them since August 2020 (it is now the end of December)to try to refi my house...value is over 600K and mortgage to refi is only 225k. I have now given up and will be asking for my $500 back!!!

Refinance declined as they came up with a fictitious NEGATIVE net rental income of $796 versus actual rental $800 thereby reducing our income by $1,596. Once declined they were no longer contactable to allow us to sort this out. Thereby we lost our $720.

Slowest loan processing time. They keep asking for documents I already sent saying that this time they need a signature on the document. They didn't ask for a signature earlier in the process. Finally gave up and went to Rocket Mortgage who was ready to close in a little over a week. Told AmeriSave to keep their non-refundable $500 deposit.

We used Amerisave to refinance our home. We had a pleasant experience so I decided to use them again when we sold that house. That time it took too long and there were too may repeated efforts to obtain information. It took four months for us to be able to sell. They didn’t get some of the statements until the last moment. It was a little riculous.
