Great rates but absolutely the WOrST customer service I've ever experienced! Could not even talk with a supervisor to get an explanation regarding flood insurance. Get the rate, but then you are on your own.

They began the loan process in September. We were contacting them many time for the weeks of the months of November and December but they never communicated with us to complete the loan process. Very dissatisfied.

My experience so far is that they promised a bunch of things like low rate and lenders credit than wait until your loan is about to close then increase the rate. Also look out for inflated costs

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Extremely poor follow up, communication. Quinn T was my representative. I went with another refi lender who was able to close my loan in 1/4 of the time I wasted trying to work with Quinn.
