I got it after I had a heart attack. It has gone off a couple of times and they are always quick an efficient. When I dropped it, they did what they were supposed to do and called right away to check if I needed help. The price for it is very reasonable. I'm hoping I never have to use it but you never know when something might happen.

My daughter helped me decide on a medical alert system and we went for them. I wear it around my neck but I've only used it when I set it off accidentally. I had to respond and tell them that it had just been an accident. Still, whenever I call they are easy to deal with. So far I'm pleased with it.

One time my husband fell and broke his hip. He was in the room for a while before someone got to help him. After that I decided to get it. I had to use the bracelet once when I broke my knee. They were very responsive and came to get me. There is a little time between me pressing the button and a response from them though.

I'm going to be 85 next month and I have some health issues, so we just felt like having Medical Alert would be a good thing. My one concern is with the necklace device. It's very sensitive and it keeps going off when I don't need it. I usually wear it 24 hours a day but it has been going off too much.

I didn't decide to get it. My nephew ordered Medical Alert for me and told me to use it. I haven't had to use it but it has gone off without me pressing it or even noticing that it happened. They answer pretty promptly to my mistakes though.

I got it because it can be used anywhere in the country as long as you take your monitor with you. They've been pretty good so far. I have both the wristband and the necklace, so I can wear any of them if I want to. I've only ever used it by mistake. One day I was out when I leaned against something and apparently I pushed the necklace's button by mistake. The life squad came out right away, but I was alright. It costs me about $120 every 3 months but it's worth every penny.

My wife and I are old enough that we're beginning to worry about falling and such. We trip easily and my wife has actually fallen and broken her neck, so we decided to get it. We've had it for about 4 months and we wear the buttons 24 hours a day. The button is very sensitive but I'm really happy about that. They're really good about getting to us if we have an emergency or even if the alarm goes off on its own. I've turned on the main machine before and they still called to make sure we were alright.

I got it because I had heard that they were the best. I think it's great and I know it works. You just barely have to touch it for it to go off. I'm forever on the phone apologizing for setting it off though. I'm waiting to get my new unit and renew my service. I haven't received the bill for that yet.

I haven't had to use it, but I had a couple of false alarms. They have been good about those, but it kept going off at night and the machine said something about them not being open or something like that. I didn't understand that.

The reason I chose them was because they were really nice. I've never had to use it but it's easy to have the device with me and use it if I need it. They have checked on me to make sure that I'm ok. The only thing is that it keeps going up in price.

When they gave it to us they gave us the option of having the pendant or the watch. Since I felt I needed the watch more they sent me that. It's all reasonably priced. I have not had to user it but I have accidentally hit it twice. Both times they did everything they said they would do.

My daughter picked it for me. I mostly have it so her and my kids in general will have peace of mind. Otherwise they wouldn't let me live alone. I've never used it on purpose, only by accident. That's mostly because the one that goes around your neck is very temperamental and goes off too easily. They always respond right away when that happens though and they're very polite and nice.

I live with my daughter and I'm 81. She got it for me since she knows I can't go up and down the stairs easily and I've fallen before doing just that. I use it every day. I've even shown my granddaughter how to use it. She knows that if something happens to me, she can push the button to help me. I really appreciate having it.

They were the only ones that I had heard of, so I got it. The device is comfortable. It's slimmer than the one I had before and not quite as chunky. I can just tuck it in my bra if I want to. I know that it works and that there's going to be somewhere there if anything happens.

I had broken my hip and had surgery for that. After I fell again I decided to go ahead and get it. I wear it all the time, even when I go out. I had tried a couple of other devices and this one turned out to be best than the other ones. I've never had to use it even though I've had it for over a year. Still, I wear it everyday and it's comfortable. I don't worry about doing most of the things I do. I have been irritated occasionally by customer support, but I still use it. I hope I never will need it, but it's there if I do. It makes me feel secure.

I didn't really have any say in choosing it, someone else did that for me. On a typical day, I just have it around my neck and hope I don't actually need it. Customer support is responsive and they answer my calls. It's the most expensive medical alert system that I've heard about. I had once before that was less expensive and it worked okay. Their people were very eager and it was good.

We looked at the options on the internet and decided to go with it. I'm not really happy with customer support right now. I've never had to use it yet, but I do wear it all the time in case I do need it. I cannot really hear anything on the button. It doesn't really do me any good if I can't speak with anybody without having the handheld whatever thing you get. Unless it happens to fall with me it really wouldn't do me any good to press the button. It went off once but I didn't hear it. Several minutes later they called me on the actual phone to see if I was alright. I used to have a different one where everything was from the device, you could talk to them and hear them from that thing.

I just kind of tried it. At the time I was by myself and I needed something that I could use to get help. I haven't had to use it but I wear the wristband. I tried using the neck piece but it goes off on its own automatically when I'm sleeping. It's not really designed as well as I would like it to be. Of course, I don't wear Medical Alert when I'm outside since it doesn't work, but as soon as I get back home I keep it on until I go to bed. So far so god. I had two days where I accidentally set it off, and they were there in no time at all. If I had needed actual help, they would have been here right away. I wear the wristband since that was better for me, the necklace goes off accidentally, especially if I slept on it. I'm a tummy sleeper you see, so wearing the bracelet is better when I sleep. Other than that, I guess the thing is a little costly, but it's worth it.

I recently fell and fractured my arm, so I pressed the button, they called me, and help was there in 5 minutes. On the occasions when it was a mistake they were very kind and nice. I wear it all the time and while I hope I don't have to use it very often, I occasionally do. Customer service is very adept and check into things if something happens. They're on it all the time, they've been very good at calling me back and checking on me to make sure I'm okay. A lot of times I call them before I realize that I've done it, that happened recently. They called and were very helpful and kind, they wanted to help and make sure that I knew what I was and wasn't doing and what I shouldn't do as well. I can't complain.

I needed help and that was the best value I could afford. I didn't really need it during the day and I used it mostly at night. I've used it a couple of times. I fell one time and I couldn't get up, so they came in a got me back up. They were very well mannered, prompt, and very caring. They asked question and answered mine. I was pleased. On a typical day I make sure that I have it on, either the watch or the necklace. I also make sure that it is charged. I made a mistake with the device one time though. On a Sunday before I went to church I was wearing my necklace. I must have hit something and set it off, but I had never used it at that point so I thought it was my cellphone. I turned it off and went into the church and they came to see. I was really shocked when I realized that and I corrected it of course. I shortened the cord on the necklace and haven't had an issue since then. I haven't really used it. I did test it and called customer service, they were really good. They did charge me an extra 10 dollars for the necklace...but I don't mind as long as they keep me safe. I feel much better having it.

Fortunately I haven't had an emergency, but it's a comfort thing to know that it's there if I need it. I am here mostly alone but I have confidence knowing that if I need help, especially if I have fallen or something, I have them there. Every time I have to deal with someone is a pleasant experience. There's live people at the other end of the phone which is great to know that there's somebody actually there too hear my complains and act on it.

I chose Medical Alert because I liked the idea of being able to contact them immediately and being tracked by satellite. On a regular day, I put my button on my belt and I travel wherever I need to travel. Customer support always seems knowledgeable and everything has been fine with them. I haven't had any problems since I bought it. I just use the bracelet all the time, day and night. I did have to replace the bracelet at one point and I was surprised there was a charge for that, but in the end it was replaced so I guess now it's okay. One thing I wish is that they had different choices for the neck piece to be put on.

Medical Alert came into my life ever since my husband passed away and my family decided if I was gonna live alone, I had to add something for my own safety. Their representatives are very nice on the phone whenever I accidentally hit it. However, I had a bad experience with a representative; a lady called and wanted me to have insurance on it, I said I didn't need it. I was very upset about that, but she took those 120 dollars out of my account.
