They respond quickly when the alert goes out. I would offer different color or designs for the alert bracelet. I only use my fall detector occasionally because there were many false alerts. Nobody asked me about the lockbox when I spoke to the sales person. Too many addon charges.

They've called me a couple of times because they seem to get some sort of alert from my device around my neck. They called me at times when they seemed to think that something was going wrong. They've always been good. They did call me once when I hadn't been doing the monthly check just to make sure everything was okay with the whole device.

Whenever I make a mistake and push it, they always ask me if I am okay or if anyone around me needs any assistance. I check it every month to make it is working and it works every month. When you call customer support, they satisfy you promptly, they don't mess around because they care about being efficient.

They respond to my calls real fast and get the fire department here. It doesn't take much to push the button and I like the way it works. I feel a lot safer now because before I was on the floor for three hours yelling for help and not all I do is push the button. It is a good device.

The cord that goes around the neck with the pendant on it is absorbent it constantly bothers me and makes me itch I might be a little allergic to it but maybe it's because of just absorbency all the oil's and everything in your skin and it's I don't know what to do with it and the other thing is there are so many medical alert places out there on the market now. I have called some of those places thinking it was the one I am hooked up with and they are somebody else going under that same name Great Call is one of them . I also think it would be nice if you could somehow get the pendant well a bracelet to go to way so I could talk to it and not have to carry that other big thing around in my purse. Not that it's so big but it's just another big bulky thing in my purse. And so many times I walk out of the house and forget to go back and get it. Sometimes it takes a long time for them to answer the phone maybe they're busy I don't know what the deal is on your end but it will ring and ring and I'm thinking if I am just sitting here and really having some bad problems waiting for them to answer I could lose probably several minutes waiting. I think you could have nicer bracelets that would look better on a person instead of them looking at it and say oh you've got to wear one of those bracelets . End of story hey story continues. Another thing I don't like is is the automated all the time why can't we just still waiting on the line why can't we just have a real person answer and we can be right with him and set of having to wait again and again and wonder am I going to the right place. Too much automated stuff need to talk to real person. The end.

When I first got it, I wore it around my neck and after less than a week it broke and the button was lost so I had to do reorder and purchase a maintenance program in case it broke again. I was not happy about that but I have been wearing it on my wrist now and it is a little uncomfortable and gets in the way of writing and typing and things like that. I have accidentally pushed the button a few times and they have responded and taken care of it. They respond right away and keep responding until I answer and I think it is very good and attentive.

My husband had Medical Alert and used it two or three times and they were wonderful and so I got it for me. I feel secure because I have it because if I fall, I think they will be here for me. It is expensive but I think it is important to have in case I fall so I think the money is worth it.

I like the idea of the wristband plus the thing around your neck but I don't like wearing it. I wish it wound come in white instead of black but it is very convenient and it doesn't get in the way. I feel comfortable that I have it. They answer right away and were here within minutes.

It was a gift from my son because I have been to the hospital several times and it has certainly helped me when I really needed them. One of the best things about it is they're here in five minutes. They respond quickly and effectively. With no one else to call it is very important they got here in a timely fashion.

I've had it for a few years and I haven't had to use it for a fall but I like the fact that I know that I have it available working for me, it gives me peace of mind. It is easy to use. I am unhappy that the new device in one I shouldn't be sleeping in and the wristband is difficult to put on. The hole is too short and have an extremely difficult time clasping it. I am very unhappy with the wrist device now but until just recently I was feeling very positive. Also I have started paying more and since I don't like the wristband I was unhappy about that too.

I used it two weeks ago. The doctor ordered me to get to the hospital so I used my medical alert to call an ambulance and it worked beautifully. They respond instantly when the buzzer goes off. I use the bracelet rather than the one around my neck because it's too long for me. It's very loud.

I've had to use it twice and they've come within ten minutes. Both times they were excellent, the ambulance, the whole thing. I wear the wrist one but I think I'd much rather have the one that hangs on my neck. They've been right there when I needed them and even when I wanted to check it. They are very kind and excellent.

I did use it on several occasions and I was very pleased. I had the ambulance that came. They took me to the hospital. They were very good. They were right on the ball. They'd come immediately. They're very pleasant and they do everything to help you. I had a broken piece and they sent me new ones with no problem.

They are always fast to respond, fast to send help over. When I was at work they would call me to tell me that my husband fell and that they were sending an ambulance to my house and then they would call the paramedics to find out my husband's status and let me know.

I had a severe attack and told them that I needed an ambulance, and they got one to me within 7 minutes. It usually takes at least 30 when I call 911. I had a problem with one of my pendants, but they called me to let me know they were monitoring something wrong with it and they sent me a new one right away.

They are much cheaper than what I have found elsewhere. I love that they're so prompt and a nice company to be with. I love the device because I can either carry it in my pocket, on my wrist, or around my neck. It's very handy. When I push my buttons, they respond very quickly.

You push the button, and they call to ask if you are okay. As soon as they know you're not okay, they send someone to you right away. I tested it once and they were at my door within five minutes. I like how they treat their customers so well.

Every time I call with a question, I always get an acceptable reply. I have found that the chain around my neck is a little but too long. The button with swing and call because of it. I went on a walk once and when I came back I found fire trucks outside of my house because it had called them and I couldn't answer the phone.

I've found it very useful. One time I fell in my garage and hit the back of my head and it was very good that I had the medical alert with me so I could call someone. The device has never failed me, every time I've fallen. It is expensive but worth what I pay.

They have contacted me on several occasions to see if it's working. I think the necklace needs some improvement, I have trouble trying to undo it. I recently got the fall detection one, but I have not used it a whole lot because they told me not to wear it at night when I am sleeping.

I needed some type of system that could help me in case of fall or injury because I live alone. They have been able to answer all my questions that I've had and to assist me to any way that I needed. When I went out of town recently, I didn't know if I should take the entire equipment with me not, but I took it with me and during the process, I lost it. Customer Service was so good and they were able to tell me exactly where it was. I hadn't lost it, but left it in my car. With the info that they have they can get your family aware of what's going on with you.

We knew we needed the protection and it's a dependable system and company. I haven't had the opportunity to use the device, but anytime I have a problem with the device, they are extremely helpful. Any issue I've had, they call back to check and see if I have more problems. I've had this product for quite a few years. I was out in the hall one time, and had an accident. I fell out of my electric chair and nobody heard me. I pulled out my medical alert device, and that's the only way I got help because nobody heard me and I was all alone. I have no problems with their customer service or product.

I needed this in case of an emergency when I needed to get in touch with someone if I had a problem. One time I had to use it when I passed out. I was able to punch the button, then I passed out again. They responded right away and got me help.

I use Medical Alert every day when I'm here at home. I don't use it out on the street or on the subway because it doesn't work anywhere else but at home. Their customer service is always checking to make sure it properly works and sometimes I make mistakes with it, but they help me correct that.

I worry the most about my safety when I'm in the shower. Because of this, I keep it right near me when I'm in the shower. It's very psychologically comforting for me to know it's there. I haven't had any issues with my device. I'm very pleased with it, and I no longer feel anxious at night like before. Any time it goes off, even in an emergency, they get back to me really quickly. The only criticism I have is it goes off even when I'm laying it down somewhere or when I go to bed during the night.

I like the system, but it's a little too sensitive. I put it on the other day, and all of a sudden everything went off and they were asking me if I needed an ambulance. Now I'm very careful when I take it off or put it down because I don't want to alert anyone.

Their medical alert device is very good. The first time I used it, my husband called and they were able to tell where we were located. They had an ambulance at our house in fifteen minutes, and they got me to the emergency room. I'm diabetic and sometimes need to be taken into the emergency room if my blood sugar levels are low.

My husband wanted it, it's the cheapest out there, so he got it. I haven't had to use it yet, but it gives me peace of mind. The device is good; I can get in the shower with it. A couple of weeks ago I was in the porch when I leaned against the necklace. It went off without me realizing it and they came out quickly to make sure I was alright.

My balance isn't very good; I have to use a walker since I fall a lot. So, after my husband passed away, my niece got this for me. A lot of times the alert goes off on its own, it's very sensitive. I have had to use it when I fell in my bedroom after taking a shower. I broke my shoulder and cut my leg badly but they helped. This is good for anybody that lives alone.

I got it after I had a heart attack. It has gone off a couple of times and they are always quick an efficient. When I dropped it, they did what they were supposed to do and called right away to check if I needed help. The price for it is very reasonable. I'm hoping I never have to use it but you never know when something might happen.
