Honestly, I’m thrilled with my newly straightened teeth! I didn’t think it could be done. And I was totally surprised with how painless the whole process was. If you follow the instructions they give you it truly is a simple and effective process. A bit inconvenient from your regular routine at first but once you get used to it it becomes your routine and then it’s no trouble. My front teeth were overlapping, overrrlappping before. I hoped they could be fixed but dentists told me it would be very difficult and would cost several thousand dollars and would take a couple years. 6 months + and not a single dental visit later- my new smile gives me confidence like I’ve never had. I am almost emotional thinking about how it has changed how I feel when I meet new people and when I walk into a room and when I speak. That’s a BIG change! Thank you Byte for giving me a confidence I have never had. There were just a couple things if could be added or tweaked would have made my great experience even better - a better carrying case would be great, the one provided is a bit cheaply designed and hard to open quietly and discreetly and keep opening after frequent use. Maybe provide a brush , a small tooth brush with the kit for cleaning your retainers. They really do need to be rinsed and often brushed to remove excess moisture or “drool” buildup for lack of a better word and sometimes tiny pieces of food that end up in them as a result of being in the mouth after eating. That would be hugely helpful in keeping the retainers sanitary and very clean during the process. I just bought a different case on Amazon and a small travel toothbrush for that purpose but if it came with it that would be awesome. The whitening foam my gums didn’t love and got irritated in the first week of use. My dental hygienist told me to stop using that. To use a gel that doesn’t touch my gums or similar item. But that’s just what happened to me! I guess my gums are too sensitive than to have the whitener sit on them for long periods of time. That’s pretty much it! The customer service was excellent from purchase, to arranging everyone to contact me to getting the items sent out to even fixing an issue I had with a tooth not being aligned properly after treatment was supposed to be done. They sent me a new couple sets of retainers and it fixed the issue completely! I was very happy with my Byte experience and have already encouraged a couple friends to try it!

Do it do it do it! Now just saying this, if I could share my pictures I’d show you that these do work! Are they comfortable? Definitely not the first 3 days of a new tray but after yes! Did I have some uncomfortable days, absolutely! All I can say is trust the process and be patient with it! Have ice cold water on hand and use use use your hyper byte as told! It helps! I did this for my wedding in November and for the price and how my teeth look now, I recommend investing!

Great customer service!! I have needed several additional aligners outside of my original plan due to some stubborn teeth and they have always responded within a matter of hours or a few days to hear out my concerns when I ended each set of aligners. I love how the price has not increased either due to this as we pay the monthly plan we bought it at (unless you chose to pay in bulk haha).

From the beginning of my Byte journey it has been a pleasant experience dealing with all those I’ve contacted with Byte. I am 64 years old and have always wanted to address my smile but after making sure all of my kids had straight healthy teeth I put my smile on the back burner. Overall I would recommend doing treatment with someone in person. Having to message and wait a week or two for response delays treatment and trying to send pictures isn’t always super clear as to what needs to take place to get the results you are wanting. I’m on my last set of aligners and still I will need to continue treatment to straighten my teeth after 20 months.

More personalized care/updates. Maybe have one person assigned to each customer to follow up with and provide guidance too. Not sure how practical that is though. I don't like how my hyperbyte literally will not connect to my phone. I've tried doing all the steps to fix the issue, still no connection. I will say it does hurt but that's obviously to come because of the teeth movement. I do see a difference on my bottom but my top is going to take awhile longer to move then my bottom. I like byte, just wish hyperbyte would connect to the app so I don't have to manually log it everyday. The process every night is a bit lengthy, considering I do the whitening, desensitization, and hyperbyte. But nonetheless my teeth are whiter aswell.

I like that I received all 4 of my aligners for the top, and all 14 aligners for my bottom. I don't like that their Android app is terrible, and you can't really say whether you are using your Hyperbyte and track it accordingly. I have tried to use their app but it's clear they don't care about Android users, so I haven't bothered updating, even though I am doing Hyperbyte every day. Byte emails and marketing are very noisy. They email you a lot to push the sale or to make you write a review, but no thoughtful check-ins on actual questions you might have. I'm glad that my young son is currently doing Invisalign so that I knew what to expect of aligners. Without that guidance, I'm sure I would have given up. But that's just my own perseverance; I think Byte could use some help with thoughtful guidance of patients. I'm not super thrilled with my top teeth, even though supposedly the treatment is finished for that - but not sure how to follow up with that except at my next check in, which isn't really a check-in so much as sending pics in one direction, no feedback given.

Horrific experience and app. No follow up. I emailed and sent info numerous times to be met with a different person giving me different direction. Everytime it is like hitting reset on my complaint. I followed the plan to the exact detail. I did not get the "after" results like they stated. I tried getting resolution and it has been non-existent. I also tried asking for a refund and they do not reply. STAY AWAY!!!! RIP OFF ALERT!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! I should have followed my gut feeling and went with another company. I am so disgusted by the way the run from follow up. Once again, every time they reach out they ask for more photos that I already sent NUMEROUS times. It is exhausting. They hide the review link. I had to lie to their AI Bot and say I wanted to leave a 5-Star review and IMMEDIATELY had multiple review links. They protect their reviews by not allowing it unless it is vetted. Sad!!!!! Unethical!!!!!

I originally received <10 aligners in April 2023. After using them my teeth were not in correct alignment. Every time I complained they would have me take more pictures and they would send more. Often the additional aligners did nothing. Fast forward to August 2024...just received my retainers which I agreed to to stop the battle. My teeth are still not in correct alignment but after a year plus I realized that eithout sitting in a chair so orthodontist can see, nothing will change. There are certain things Byte cannot fix. Consider this before starting! Also they recommend you get new retainers every six months at a cost of $149. They just keep milking the money because if you don't purchase from them the Byte Guarantee is void. I can get them elsewhere for a lot less and the Guarantee is a joke if they can't put your teeth in correct alignment. Mightbe ok for someone who has never had braces and orthodontist adjustments but if you want your teeth done correctly pay to get braces at an orthodontist office!

The way you get reimbursed from insurance is annoying. My sonic cleaning machine doesn’t even work. They are also very speedy when you first reach out like they are definitely trying to get their sale and move on. My experience with the aligners is fine, it’s hard to tell a difference after 4 weeks with minor adjustments but I know my teeth are looking more aligned. Overall, I’d say if my sonic cleaning machine worked and if insurance was easier/quicker with getting reimbursed then I’d rate a 4.5 but currently they get a 3.5

The convenience of Byte is optimal, I love being able to do check-ins via photo and not having to rearrange schedules for appointments. I am on my last upper mold and have about 6 left on the bottom. My main thing for liking bite is the cost versus an in person dentist like Invisalign thousands of dollars cheaper. So far I have seen improvement pretty quickly, the trays aren’t 100% great quality as for sale Invisalign. My husband is doing Invisalign so that’s why I can compare these products. The customer service is not the greatest. I’ve had miscommunication and no answering a couple times in the beginning, which was frustrating. However, I’m sticking to my treatment and loving the results.

I had braces years ago, and the aligners are much less painful than braces and much more convenient. I went through Byte for aligners for my son.The aligners really are invisible ! They are comfortable and easy to remove or put back in. He has experienced very minimal discomfort. But the big draw is the companies communications and support. They reach out and make themselves accessible.This was really reassuring for me in choosing them, reading the reviews about their customer service in comparison to other invisible aligner companies that have bad reputations. Byte offer a lifetime guarantee, so if something goes wrong they are going to sort it out. Also I have someone I can text directly if anything needs to be troubleshooted . My son is 3 months into his treatment plan and thrilled with the results so far. The price is so accessable, and the treatment is comfortable and discreet. So far our experience with Byte has been fantastic

The impression kit was fast and the instructions were easy to follow. If you have any questions or concerns, the Byte team were always so quick to respond. The aligners came in quickly after I sent in my impression kit and I live in Hawaii! Shipping usually isn’t fast when it comes to where I live. You’ll see results fast as long as you follow the directions and use the hyper-byte daily. You will experience some discomfort because your teeth will be shifting but using the hyper-byte will fix that! I used to have braces and I never wore my retainers. I really regret not wearing them, I became somewhat insecure about my smile. I’m still on the treatment but I can’t wait until I get my smile back to the way it was.

VERY pleased with Byte! I'm about halfway through my treatment and THRILLED with Byte! The process of getting set up and evaluated was super easy and very effective. All of my questions were answered and I never felt forced or coerced. In fact, when I got my treatment plan with amazing 3D video showing the weekly changes, I responded that I wanted to see something a little bit different in my new smile. They took my input and made a couple of adjustments without any concern or argument. I really felt a part of the process. The Byte by Night plan has been perfect for me and the simplest thing. The biggest thing that won me over was that Byte worked with my insurance and set me up with everything I needed to incorporate my coverage. I hadn't seen that with any other provider. Overall, I totally recommend Byte and have encouraged my daughter to consider Byte to tweak her post braces smile as well as few friends.

After a LOT of research byte was the way to go for sure and I am so glad I did! Being older I was hesitant...I had braces 18+ years ago as an adult due to only having baby canine teeth (no adult canines) that were barely holding on, needing to be removed and complicated by a very open bite. Over the years my spaces began opening up more and more and on a limited income I wanted and truly needed to find a way to not hide my smile any longer so I could be happy. With one conversation with byte sharing my story and hearing such positivity, my hesitation melted away and I began my journey! The aligners are truly amazing, easy to use and maintain. The HyperByte is brilliant and the BrightByte is amazing. With BrightByte you can see the difference for sure and have beautiful, shiny teeth and fresh breath! Also the financing options and guarantee are wonderful! Truly there are not enough words to express how very grateful I am that I found byte and for their wonderful treatment process. The app shuts down regularly. My treatment was paused for over 10 weeks even when I had my new aligners so I had to monitor my own treatment. Anytime I reach out with questions or need clarification no one is able to help and they pass me around. I had to submit the same pictures 4 times to different people when I finished my treatment and my teeth still weren’t straight.

The price is reasonable but its taming twice aong formy treatment to be completed and it would take them days to respond backwhen i had issues. Ive also had to have three diffent set of alugners sent to me, but glaf that was done to help me get nack on track. The last set took a month to get after i send my impressions back. I do think this last set of aligners seem to fit better. I dont think i would ever use byte again. I would probably try another company.

I like the treatment! It’s nice and slow so my teeth feel good the whole time. I don’t love the app. I’ve had some issues uploading pictures and when I stay on track it tells me I’m on the wrong set. But I keep track myself so it’s not that big of a deal.
