Easy to order. The first aligner to adjust my teeth hurt all week, but after that each week has been easier and easier. I found wax helps smooth out any edges left on the inside near my tongue. Removing the aligner to eat and brush my teeth leaves my teeth hurting until I put it back on. The marking of upper and lower is helpful too. The little aligner box is very handy - the mirror, tools, and a place to stash extra wax. Ordering was easy. Customer service worked with my multiple payment methods and options. Best decision of mine, ever!

There’s poor communication when you have a long treatment plan. Nowhere in the original documentation did they explain the process for getting the remaining set of aligners. I assumed they would automatically be delivered, but I had to reach out to them when I realized I was running out of aligners. I ended up having to use the week 15 aligners for 2 months, the whole time hoping they didn’t break. Those issues aside the product definitely does work, and the 3D model they send you as part of your treatment plan has been very accurate. Obviously the main appeal to these aligners is the cost. After insurance I ended up only paying about $1k.

After researching my options for at-home aligners I chose Byte because I thought their overall approach was ideal for what I was looking for. I feel satisfied with my choice. The treatment plan, price and customer service have all met my needs. If I have to make one small critique I would only ask that they consider providing more Bright Byte with the treatment package instead of one month. But it seems fair to include enough to get through at least 3 months without rationing. Otherwise I'm pleased with Byte.

My overall experience with this company have been nothing but pleasant. They have an amazing customer service if you have trouble or need help. I'm not at the end of my treatment yet but this far they have been incredibly helpful and honest. Just make sure not to tell them your completely done with treatment if your not happy. Great customer service, upfront and in the early stages of my treatment; as treatment progressed, I could easily get in contact with someone about my aligner questions, but had a harder time (had to make multiple phone calls) getting anyone to return phone calls about insurance questions. Once someone did reach me about my insurance questions, they were very helpful. Sadly, my teeth did not respond to straightening with Byte as well as their model suggested; at the end of my treatment and I still have major crowding in two locations. I asked how I could remedy these areas and was told to use my hyperbyte for a longer time, but these two teeth cannot be forced to move when they are wedged up against other teeth. Perhaps my dental issues were bigger than Byte could handle, which I suspected at the outset, but I took a chance anyways. But, the rest of my teeth definitely look better!

I have noticed my teeth improving each week. I noticed a difference in my teeth after about 3-4 weeks. It's hard to believe that the aligners can shift your teeth so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the results thus far. I will admit that with the change in aligners each week, the pressure on your teeth is uncomfortable the first day, but your mouth adjusts following the first day with the new set of aligners. I am halfway through my 14 weeks and super excited to see the end result. I'm very happy I decided to go with Byte aligners.

Starting with the impression kit: The packaging is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! I love all of your packaging for that matter, but the actual impressions were very difficult to create. I know if might just be me, but I had to go to my dentist to help me make them correctly and she even commented on how this would be very hard for your average person. As far as my experience with customer service: whenever I got a responsive person -- they were above and beyond excellent, but there were a couple people who never responded to my emails. I love all of the instructions and my personal favorite was the personality that showed in the FAQs on the web page. Thank you for this awesome service. I am currently finishing my first tray today and moving to my second tray tonight.

This is a scam. I spent $2,500. First, my aligner didn't fit properly, leaving a gap between one of my front teeth and aligners. Second, they gave me only 10 aligners for my top teeth, and my teeth barely moved. Third, their customer service is horrible, and they make you sign some warnings befor they provide customer service Otherwise, your emails will be ignored. I am going to do my best to fight this and get a refund.

The way you get reimbursed from insurance is annoying. My sonic cleaning machine doesn’t even work. They are also very speedy when you first reach out like they are definitely trying to get their sale and move on. My experience with the aligners is fine, it’s hard to tell a difference after 4 weeks with minor adjustments but I know my teeth are looking more aligned. Overall, I’d say if my sonic cleaning machine worked and if insurance was easier/quicker with getting reimbursed then I’d rate a 4.5 but currently they get a 3.5

Since I’m in my second set I’m staying neutral. These fit better and seem thicker than the first round but we shall see. I really only had one bad crooked tooth so makes me wonder how byte would work with a mouthful of crooked teeth? I’m just being honest here. It should’ve worked the first time around I think though. The price is reasonable but its taming twice aong formy treatment to be completed and it would take them days to respond backwhen i had issues. Ive also had to have three diffent set of alugners sent to me, but glaf that was done to help me get nack on track. The last set took a month to get after i send my impressions back. I do think this last set of aligners seem to fit better. I dont think i would ever use byte again. I would probably try another company.

The convenience of Byte is optimal, I love being able to do check-ins via photo and not having to rearrange schedules for appointments. I am on my last upper mold and have about 6 left on the bottom. I can see a visible shift, but I am having to wear them longer than just overnight because by the end of the day, my teeth are already moving back to the previous position.

My main thing for liking bite is the cost versus an in person dentist like Invisalign thousands of dollars cheaper. So far I have seen improvement pretty quickly, the trays aren’t 100% great quality as for sale Invisalign. My husband is doing Invisalign so that’s why I can compare these products. The customer service is not the greatest. I’ve had miscommunication and no answering a couple times in the beginning, which was frustrating. However, I’m sticking to my treatment and loving the results.

Glitchy app. Also when I send questions, it seems that the rep is copying and pasting answers to something I didn’t ask, while not answering my actual question. I have had to contact byte 2 times because the app keeps resetting to say that I’m supposed to wear my aligners for 7 days, but I think I was told with my second set of aligners I’m supposed to shear them 14 days. The last time I called about it, the rep said she has no information that I’m supposed to wear them for 14 days instead of 7. The entire 15 aligners I’m the first set never fit my teeth properly. How do I know? Because this second set of aligners does fit my teeth properly. Also, there was a very long lag time between my first set of aligners and letting me Go onto my second set. I thought byte was going out of business and I kept asking reps that when I would call. Long wait time for the clinical team to review or something.

The beginning was easier to adjust to but the fit as I went along became a problem. The aligners later in the pack were tough in the backeven after filing causing cuts to my tongue so I started to wear them only at night. This has obviously delayed the process which I'm ok with. They didn't send me my full set originally and the additional liners don't fit as well and take a few days to get used to. My teeth are getting straighter so that's a plus.

I chose Byte because I wanted to try and fix my crooked lower teeth but I didn't want to spend a lot of money to do it. The onboarding process was easy, and I liked the digital creation of what my teeth will look like through the treatment cycle. The aligners themselves have worked, though I have not quite finished my treatment (I am taking longer then expected because I'm not wearing them as much as I'm supposed to, which is totally my fault) . However, the biggest area that Byte should change is communication. I understand that there are significant legal issues with giving advice, Etc, but getting a somewhat straight answer or even a "we cannot answer that, you should ask your dentist" would go a long way. Responses also took a long time.

system is not bad however there is no one monitoring your progress unless you submit an appointment with an issue. the photos you upload are not looked at. do yourself a favor and join the facebook group as you will learn more there than with resources from Byte. once they get your payment is it very difficult to reach them. and make sure you do the insurance or you are wasting your money. that said, I am almost done and happy with the progress. it did take more than twice as long, as i moved too quickly and did not realize no one was monitoring the photos sent in. like i said, join the facebook group and you will learn all the mistakes of others for a more swift program.

I liked the process and the way my teeth have began to shift to get rid of my little gaps - my only issue was the customer service part. I noticed that in the end I still have a sizeable gap near my bottom canines - i contacted then and asked what could be done since I had just dropped $3,000+ on these braces. I paid it all off within 3-4 months and since they had all my money, they said SORRY! But you approved the payments for them so you are SOL :-/ I was pretty angry at first and am still not happy about the end result, especially since I went on this journey to build my confidence and find happiness in my smile. I would pay for a set of braces that could remove these gaps - im sure it would be a set of 3 or 6 of them. But they told me I had to pay them for another entire treatment, which would leave me in the red for about $6,000+.

I had really bad teeth when I was younger so I had braces. As I got older My wisdom teeth came in and I had to get them removed. My teeth shifted back but not all the way. Byte has made my teeth almost perfect again I'm just waiting for the "bone memory" to be less shifty.

Everything's been really easy and the results are going great. My only annoyance is the respond time to emails. I couldn't get my next shipment of trays till they approved the for of my current ones and it would take them a week to respond to emails so each set required an additional week of waiting before moving forward. Other than that my dentist even says that my teeth are looking great with the byte braces.

Byte needs to be more descriptive of the process. You throw a box of aligners at us and we're basically flying blind with what to do. Definitely need to be way more informative about the process of the aligners and when it's the right time to move to the next set. I followed the very basic instructions and changed my aligners out every 7 days, not knowing I was nowhere near ready for a change out!!! Be up front with people and let them know they may need to wear their aligners anywhere from 1-4 weeks at a time. And make sure people know what to look for to know if it's time to move to the next set of aligners

I find that the program was rushed and the 15 week time frame was unrealistic. It was all quite comfortable till about week 11 when the changes each week became drastic and pretty hard to handle. I chose to go to wearing them only at night for the last few sets and change them every 2 to 3 weeks rather than weekly. Also the quality of the retainers are fairly poor from what I'm told. Compared to invisalign and such the byte forms are ill fitted and rough which is probably due to them being an at home kit as opposed to a dentist run program. It also would have been good to recieve the whitening foam for the full duration father than just the first month or so.

Our aligners are made of a custom PETG blend of plastic. Our material is of comparable thickness to the Zendura plastic used by other aligner companies. I feel that byte really improved my teeth and I started noticing changes quickly. My only real complaint that I hope Byte takes into consideration is there needs to be better communication and instructions. I think if they set up video appointments showing you to actually take out and care for the aligners, it would have been much better. I caused some damage to my teeth by not taking them out correctly.

Overall worries is fast, I forget to wear the vibrating thing, but my teeth continue to move on time for next trays. I only wish I had a better schedule of when I am supposed to contact Byte with progress. If you click the link it expires, and that also affects the extra protection I purchased, you void some of the portions if you don't check in! I feel this is sort of setting buyers up for failure. I only hope I have done everything right for the price I am paying.

The treatment works, I am on my 2nd month and I can feel and see the difference. They have different payment option available and not as expensive as going to orthodontist. I still have 3 more months and looking forward to get this done.

Everything about Byte is amazing. The only reason why I don't give 5 star is because customer service is slow to reply sometimes. And it so happened to be the time I needed help the most. I went almost 2 months without wearing aligners because I didn't have a tool or any way to get mine out. I ordered a new one but I only received the case and not the tool. Two months later I eventually got it.

It is very easy to see if you are approved. You just Oder the at-home impression kit, folllow the directions and send them in. You receive an email with your treatment and you can chose to do day-time abs night-time aligners. Also, the fact that you don't have to go to a dentist all the time, it's a plus for me.

So far, so good! I noticed positive results within 3 weeks! Byte has had regular check ins to see how I am progressing, and their customer service is excellent!
