I paid for the night version however i have to wear these all day, so I ended up paying more than I should since i do not have the conscience to not wear aligners during working hours. The case to store braces do not have enough room and the two aligners must be placed in a specific way because it becomes a hassle and I'm afraid if i close the case quickly, that an aligner will be damaged. Ironic, because the case is suppose to prevent that from happening.

I've been really happy with the retainers and the progress my teeth have bade in a short time. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the initial communication wasn't great. I didn't feel like it was clear I could schedule online face to face consultations and once I did that things progressed quickly in solving some issues I was having.

The only reason I'm knocking them down one star is the slow email response after you receive your byte box. The customer service is great before you purchase but afterwards it seems very quiet. Overall, I'm impressed with the product and nine weeks in I'm seeing small changes in my "byte" already.

I have been impressed by their customer support during the initial start of the program. Unfortunately, I am currently on my 3 set of impressions because every time I get my set, one of my aligners doesn't fit. It's quite frustrating. It would be so helpful if they could have a consulting in-person dentist that I could see to ensure that my impressions are correct.

I am impressed with Byte aligners. I have problems sleeping with them in. The first couple of days after putting in the new set, are a bit uncomfortable but it subsides. They can be annoying at times but overall I am happy with the results so far.

My first three weeks were rough. I expected that. But it is really difficult to get a quick response from anyone. The enthusiastic sales person was so big on customer service and even when I tried to reach him, he ghosted completely. The jury is still out on whether I would recommend. If results are good then yes, with caveat that customer service is slow to respond.

Byte is so far well worth the money compared to other similar companies but as soon as they sell you on it the support disappears. Luckily you don't need much but in my case it's causing some issues/ delays in finishing my treatment.

I can see the progress in my teeth already. The re-authorization stays on my account as a pending transaction for 10 days which messes with my credit line. I've provided my insurance twice and have not received any information or feedback on whether or not it can be applied to my treatment. Customer service is much slower than I hoped. My bottom aligners don't fit on my molars and need to be significantly trimmed in order for them to fit properly. Otherwise they pop off of my teeth. I called customer service and told them about this and I have been waiting days for a response. I also don't see any improvement in the space on my bottom teeth.

It's ok my progress has been ok. I honestly feel like my gums have suffer a lot during the process and their whitening gel really don't work. I will like to give them a positive review on their viper treatment it helps with the discomfort. Teeth shift slowly but you won't see a major difference and I really didn't have much to correct. Don't waste your money if you have major problems with your teeth go conventional braces in that case.

The aligners are not always fitted well. I have to trim and file the back molar areas so I can somewhat close my mouth. I was told that they don't move molars so I wonder why there always seems to be too much material on the molar areas; its like they are too thick.

There are definitely pros and cons. I like that I can take them on and off but the majority of my treatment was during lockdown otherwise I wouldn't recommend it because I'm a night person and I would've probably missed a lot of days because I go out at night. It is also super painful for about 3-4 days in the week when you wear a new set. I can't speak properly when I had them and that was hard because I work in a call centre.

The aligners seem to be working well and came quickly. I felt that the sales department was a bit pushy and I'm waiting for an insurance reimbursement because the sales person either wasn't sure how that works or just wanted the sale regardless. Apparently my insurance will pay half upfront. I also felt the directions on the impression kit was lacking I had to go on YouTube.

1/20/2021 I decided to reduce this from four stars to two because three months later I'm still dealing with the same issue, and each person I talk to seems clueless about the history. I've been transferred to the professional care team twice and keep getting told to submit tickets through the website for the exact same issue. If I reply to the email chain, I get an auto reply telling me to go to the website. If you go to the website first to get support, it says to email support@byteme.com, but if you email that address, an auto reply tells you to go to the website to create a ticket, so that they can reply by email. But if you reply to their email after an unspecified period of time, an auto reply tells you to go to the website to create a ticket. Each email reply takes several days at best, or you can call the phone number and wait on hold, and then wait while the next person reads through the file, asks again what you want, and tells you to send more pictures of the thing that you already sent pictures of. I'm seven months into my four-month program and I have no idea when it's going to end, because not one person has actually addressed the one thing I've been trying to get help with for three months. 09/27/2021 They're better at generating new business than supporting existing customers. When I first ordered my impression kit, I was contacted regularly until I finally decided to order the aligners. Now I'm on the last step of the plan, but when I emailed support to say that something didn't feel right, I got an auto-reply saying that responses could take 5-7 days, and that they were trying to rectify that. With my initial email, I sent pictures, an explanation of the issue, and where I am in the process. When I finally got a human response, they asked for the same information I already sent. I replied with the information again, and now it's been another week and I'm waiting for a reply. I was pretty happy with everything, until I needed something after they already had my money.

I've had difficulty getting in contact with anyone since I received my Byte aligners. I've messaged several times, and the responses haven't always answered my questions. I have recently requested my 9th aligner set be resent as I am unable to find it, but I have not heard back.

After a bit of an uneven start with molds and fittings Byte came through with their promises thus far. It's 4 stars because we had to do 3 fittings before getting a set of aligned that fit. One (week 6 I think) snapped in half.
