We recently purchsed our home in Foley AL. It was built in 2006, and much of the house has been remodeled or re-equiped, but at 17 years old, stuff is bound to happen. Recently our air conditioner quit cooling. It was a Saturday and I entered my information on the HWA website, not expecting to hear anything back until Monday. I was shortly thereafter texted the name of a repairman. He came out on a Sundayand my air was back up in no time. Honestly, I didn't expect much but was provided a great and timely response.

Home Warranty of America is one of the best company that we have work with , we have been with them from the time we moved to our home in San Dimas. We had more than 2 claims with them that were resolved right away with the people they sent to us, immediate response and work done . The best money I have spent has been buying the HWA warranty. whenever i have a problem they solve it on time and professionally. The last case that occurred to me in my house was that in the middle of summer the two air conditioners in my house were damaged and HWA completely replaced them with new ones. I recommend 100% to all HWA. You will not regret having this guarantee

Reported a clogged drain mid morning yesterday. Did not hear back right away but did get an email stating apologies it was not assigned early this morning and they were actively working on it Got a phone call and email simultaneously early afternoon today. The plumber was available I had a must go to appointment and was not. He was flexible and came about an hour later. Cleared the clog. Paid $ my copay and done. That’s how it’s supposed to work. Thank you!

I've only had to use HWA 2 or 3 times in the four years we've been here and signed on to HWA, but it's always been a smooth and satisfactory experience each time... IF I ever sat down and did the math between the annual fee for HWA plus the per visit charge, I think my 2-3 call ins for the repairs I needed probably ended up costing me a bunch more per repair than if I would have just called a local repair guy. That said, it IS nice to know that a reputable repair person/service is available with one phone xall

Here’s another great Service of Home Warranty of America, has done for me my Garage Door Spring had broken and due to the heaviness of my double insulated door It would not open or be lifted up, contacted HWA, for service and they was able to get a service technician to my house the next day in order to get it open so I could get my car out of the garage and a week later due to the shipment of parts the technicians were able to repair it.

Home Warranty of America has been for me a reliable service. They have responded in a positive manner with each claim I have made. I do have to use their approved providers and have had one in particular that was not just bad but after coming to see the problem never showed up to do the work leaving me without use of my master bathroom for over 2 weeks. This I believe was an exception to the usual. Overall I’m extremely pleased.

We purchased a 7 yrs. old home and it was the best decision we made we had some issues with our washer machine and our A/C we place the claim online super easy between 24-48 hrs. we received confirmation of service, they arrived on time very professional, diligent and issues corrected.
