We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the handling of your claim and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to better our service and your feedback is an invaluable part of the process. Our records indicate you placed a claim on July 15, 2022, for your microwave keypad not working (Claim 311938435). We dispatched contractor, Sears, who reported the failure was caused by the unit’s control board and user interface shorting out. Sears recommended replacing the unit as the replacement control board and interface parts were no longer available. We have confirmed with you that the replacement unit was delivered on August 22, 2022.

Regarding your pest control claim (Claim 312007534), we have confirmed with contractor, Dewey Pest Control, that they will be contacting you directly to schedule an appointment for August 31, 2022. As such, we consider this claim pending. Thank you.

Hello Joel. First American apologizes for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the handling of your claim and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. According to our records, you placed a claim on July 31, 2022, for your water heater not working properly. First American dispatched Morgan Plumbing LLC, who reported a leaking water heater and recommended replacement. Additionally, the contractor reported they are unable to service your claim.

On August 18, 2022, First American dispatched Advanced Heating and Air to diagnose the water heater. The contractor will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.

First American considers this claim pending.
