Completely dissatisfied. A $75 service fee for $30 labor is a great business idea! Never recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest saving your money and time by not involving HWA.

The worst home warranty experience I have ever had. Many real estate agencies use this company when purchasing a home, I recommend you confirm the name of the warranty company first because it has been a horrible experience.

contacted on 10/1/2017 no heat in my house and this company wants me to wait 4 days without heat! This an example of HWA's customer service, and the customer service reps. just give you excuses why they can't do their job.

We got it, got recommended by our realtor. They promised us that when we use the Home Warranty, the only thing we have to pay is $75 for somebody to come to the house and inspect it and everything is going to be covered after that. Well, we've been without A/C all summer and it's been a very hot summer and we started that process since April. So for April and now it's September, we still haven't got even the people that came in to fix it didn't do anything about it. They sent to somebody that it took a little very long time for somebody to come to our house to check it out. The people weren't very happy with Home Warranty to begin with because it's hard. They dealt with them and they never got paid and and I'm assuming that's why we didn't even get our units fixed and we've been without A/C the whole hot summer.
