Coverage for Air Conditionaing systems is horrible. They barely covered half of the cost then only covered 1/3 of the labor cost when the new systems they approved FAILED 4 months later,

They either deny every claim I put in or they delay, sending somebody out by literally 3+ weeks so I end up just hiring somebody myself! They claim they can’t find a technician in my area, but I live in a large city, so if they can’t find technicians in my big city, I can’t imagine how they find providers in smaller areas!

I've been a customer for over 2 years. I am still waiting for a check they owe me for replacing my microwave. We had a plumbing issue that took months to resolve. They had me repair a 20yr old microwave at least 2 times. I will not be renewing our policy.

I do not like how you have to file multiple claims for each individual thing and you pay $75 per claim just to have them come and put a cap on our water heater that doesn't even work it still leaks and we still have a bucket under it. What did I pay $75 for? I could have found a random lid and done that myself while achieving the same results.

There’s no real customer support it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with virtually any company! They are all about the fine print and do nothing to help. I literally had to contact the service provider to get my AC replaced after 2 months of going back and forth!

Every claim I’ve had to submit has been a nightmare. AC goes out, 2 weeks to get a tech out. Dishwasher goes out, the offer next to no money to replace. Choose another warranty company. For my most recent repair, I chose to pay out of pocket instead of dealing with them.

They refused to replace my dishwasher pump because the wheel on the tray was broken, so it's not covered. So I buy a new dishwasher, thanks to them. Now when our refrigerator needs to be replaced, it's been 3 weeks and still nothing in a poor company.

2 weeks to get a service tech out only to have him deem my 4 yr old washer is not repairable. Then when your company decides to give me a third of what a new one cost but I reluctantly accept only to find out I now have to wait 30 days to get a Egift card at the most expensive place I've found to get the replacement.

I am 82 years old. The temperature outside was below zero and my heat went out. It took 7 days for hwa to get someone out to fix it. It took them less than 3o minutes but I had no heat the entire week. Terrible customer service also! It will not let me delete the word amazing - should be amazingly bad!
