The jury is still out on my complete satisfaction on your end of customer satisfaction, however, I did get a call from the case manager Jaime, who was very good at truly trying to resolve my issue. I just purchased your total package back in July 2022 and this was the first time I used the claim process. The website you provided didn't do a very good job of tracking the transactions and thusly, missed efficiency and getting to an end point. Looking forward to future good experiences with your company.

Your tech came and diagnosed the problem. He had to wait over an hour to get an answer from your corporate people. There were three separate issues but they repeatdely mad the mistake of grouping the Bathroom and kitchen problem together and trying to deny the claim. I even spoke with your Customer service and was on the phone for over a half hour. For such a simple issue it turned into a lot of bad advertising for you. I hope you don't take this as complaining but constructive criticism to better your service. I still have over a year left on my contract and I am already thinking it is not worth calling you because it seems to always turn into a comedy of errors on your end and I could save time calling someone else, but I want.

I did not appreciate arguing with one of your Reps about my service being over looked and incomplete. Because my contact with you all was one day past the 30 days she was constantly saying there was nothing she could do. I had to tell her 5C if not more that o was in contact last week with you all and another Case Manager attempted to make contact with the worker who came out to the house who stated he could b not remember who I was as the Customer at that time. My process is you guys needed to speak with the Worker to see what he came out and done at the property. This call was made a week before the 30 days was up. I'm telling my self you all needed to make contact with the Worker before the closing 30 days. Long story short the young lady connected to her Supervisor finally as I had asked her to do. The appointment was set up with Aaron's Pool Supervisor.

I am so glad that the customer service representative was able to communicate in English. I was trying to see if I could file a claim on patching up my drywall. It was really a complicated situation but she had no problem explaining in English why my claim was not valid. I understood the terms and conditions why and I was totally satisfied with her explanation. It is good to have such representatives who speak good English

I had a tumultuous experience with my last claim where I spent hours (and so did my tech) trying to get this resolved. I would have given a 1 star rating, but because it was finally resolved and I was reimbursed the majority of the cost, I’ll give them 3 stars. Major takeaways from my experience- they reserve the right to close out your ticket with the tech you’re working with and get a second opinion from a new company. This was very frustrating as we were already without a hot water tank for days (working with a great company that was trying to help us) when they tried to reassign the job to a new company- starting the process over when we were desperate for hot water. It was finally resolved and we were able to keep the company that was already scheduled to replace it that day. I’m going to keep my warranty for the rest of the year, but one more issue and we’re out.

I had a problem with my icemaker that was fixed, 3 days later the water dispenser stopped. I had to pay another service fee to have it fixed! Looks like there is no warranty on the work for the same ice maker, even tho there was not problem before the fix. My repair for my leaking faucet (almost a month) not yet scheduled. My toilet also is scheduled and not scheduled. Plumber said, waiting for parts. Why not use the hardware stores we have here on the island! We have done repairs before with not problem getting parts!!! My water is still leaking and I'm sure my water bill will show it! I am disappointed with how long it takes to get a repair done in a timely manner . I would like a rep to get in touch with me about these matters, and whether Choice Home Warranty is really providing the service a customer wants and needs on a timely basis.

I like the payment options. I like how they allow me to pay 3 years in full to decrease my service fee. I like how I can file a claim online and I get a fairly quick response. I do not like the hold times. I have had some claims denied which I think should've been paid but most of my claims are paid (fortunately because I know which items are covered and which are not).

So, although the stirrup is pretty good, when you’re working a claim, they make it a little tough to find somebody. Working the claim online seem to be pretty easy and got the approval as fast. The problem comes in to the fact that I’ve done my business got the claim approved and here it is a couple months later and I still haven’t been reimbursed. I had to use the find somebody yourself part because choice home warranty couldn’t find anyone to come out. Hopefully I’ll be reimbursed soon. If so, generally I’d recommend them but plan on having to manage it yourself and not someone from choice home warranty.

Once a repair request is submitted, CHW announces it to in-network contractors online. If none of them signs up for the job within 24 hours, CHW allows me to choose an out of net-work service provider. I appreciate this policy because it means CHW cares about the job gets done in time. I wish CHW would consider letting the clients to rehire previous CHW in-network contractors upon receiving job request. If this can be done, CHW desrves 5 stars.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and worked fast to complete the task with the refrigerator. The respond time with the reimbursement for the refrigerator acceptance email was fast, less than 24 hrs! Still on the lookout for the reimbursement email. Refrigerators are not cheap trying to get them while they’re still on sale . I hope! Other than that I would say services good! Thank you choice!

They did a nice job and came back even when I was wrong in assuming the furnace was still not working. The room in question was a gymnasium and it took a long time to warm up so we assumed that when they left and it wasn't warming reasonably quickly that it hadn't been fixed. However, over the course of two days it began to warm appropriately.

No l haven had Choice Home Warranty, but the service I do have came with the house and I had to find my own person to do all the repairs and then pay it myself and then I’ll send them the list of everything and then wait for my money and that was really stressful for me because , I’m here in the town. It’s just so much easier with choice warranty. They have the people all I have to do is make money payments. I’ll pay it. Are you the pay one year and they and just called him and let them know his problem is they come out and fix it. It takes all the stress away.

The monthly cost is better than the one I had previously. However, the price of a home visit is more. I was impressed by the extent of the coverage. Much more than the previous warranty. The enrollment was easy and the real evaluation will come with the first customer service call.

Technician arrived on day scheduled--although a few days after call for help that for a critical problem like heat or water and not a broken washing machine could have been an issue--found the problem with a diagnostic test, had the replacement part in his truck, and fixed the washer quickly.

The technician seemed thorough and very pleasant. I dislike the length of time it is taking to repair my machine. The parts when ordered I asked to send them to my work but he wouldn't do that. Instead they were delivered and put on my front door step in plain view of everyone. I was supposed to be mailed a water pump and a belt. All I got was the water pump. I have mobility issues and it is hard for me to lug my clothes to the laundry mat, so this has really put me out. Not happy with that.
