The lkast time I used Choice it took over 3 weeks to get our garbage disposal replaced and I said in a previous report that Choice needs to get people here in Pahrump instead of Las Vegas we have everything here so use them

I'm not very happy with their service. They didn't cover some things they should cover and they are requiring replacement of things only giving a little bit of money towards the replacement. I had some bad plumbing come from my house. It was outside so they wouldn't replace it because it wasn't within the house which to me is wrong.

I think it's a good value. The first time I ever used it was when my dishwasher broke and so I put in a claim on the dishwasher and they came in to tell me that the parts were no longer available. They didn't make that dishwasher anymore and so Choice Warranty told me that they would give me $240 towards the new dishwasher and I ended up getting the local representative involved and they ended up getting the new dishwasher.

The service men are very good. I'm just not using the warranty on my air conditioner service because I was informed that I was gonna have to pay an extra eleven hundred dollars to get it done. My understanding was when I bought this is that we paid the sixty five dollars service fee and that my whatever was covered would be taking care of either replaced or repaired. I don't think that that's a good representation of of of Choice when everybody assumes that you pay a sixty something dollar service and that's it.

In general, they are trying to be helpful. But sometimes they just drop the ball. I guess the technician was assigned, and he kept making appointments and never showing up. And then they kept assigning the same technician several times. So I just said no right away. Can someone please send someone else? And it just takes a very long time to get any message. It took a very long time to get any message across to them.

You have to fight with them every time you call them and every time something needs to be fixed they have a reason why not. When I had major claims for my air conditioning and heating system I did not even bother to put a claim in. I needed the air conditioning fixed. I just went and got it when my refrigerator stopped working I decided that the smartest thing for me to do was to just go buy a refrigerator I didn't put a claim in because I didn't have the time to fight.

They're pretty trustworthy. One time I needed to replace my hot water heater and they came back and said it's not covered because it's not in the house and it's not the garage.

Choice is very good. Their coverage is well worth it. It is a very good company. Very fair. The staff is very personable. They are concerned and make sure everything is taken care of. They fixed my toilet the next day.

CHW did not complete the repairs to my A/C unit, it still leaking. CHW did not pay the full price ot cost me to replace my dishwasher. They only gave me $246.00 to replace the dishwasher and high is everything is these day, that amount was not enough. Take my advise and keep your monthly payments and save for your own repairs.

Most of the time they have to send me someone else or I get disconnected. The last time was great, they approved the repair and it was done. I've been a customer for a long time and half multiple houses with Choice because I think that they are pretty good company overall. Some people that they send are not quite as knowledgeable as they should be.

Usually pretty good. The quality of service is good. Good value for the dollar. Just recently called them up because I needed a fan replaced and they sent a guy out to come do that. It's a pretty good company, I've had them for about ten years and used them a few times. One time for the air conditioning and I wasn't happy with the outcome but other than that everything else has been positive.

A couple times I needed to have my refrigerator fixed and they come out and they said well they don't do ice makers. A couple of times I had somebody come out and look at my heat pump and the guy came out and put some freon on it. I wasn't happy with the amount of money I gave but you know that's the best I could do. Customer support is sporadic at the moment.

Choice Home Warranty is excellent with their quick follow up and assignment of a specialized technician to fix or replace your appliance or other important plumbing or electrical issues. They recently replaced a 9 year old GE Refrigerator after it was determined my compressor was shot. In less than 4 weeks I received 90% replacement check for a new Whirlpool Refrigerator that is larger than my 9 year old GE..They are excellent with follow up to be sure you are satisfied with the technician they assigned to address your issue.

I needed a warranty to replace a microwave, which they did not replace. After a long period of time, they sent me an email saying, I got a credit at Lowe's Home Improvement. That's not acceptable. I had to go ahead and buy the appliance. They gave me a credit 30-something days later. I think the claim's resolution people are not doing their job correctly.
