Had choice home warranty for a year and WILL NOT be renewing with them. They covered almost nothing, and we ended up paying THOUSANDS of dollars on things they refused to cover. Then as the cherry on top, they have been hounding me to renew and will not take no as an answer. Have had to hang up on them and block them.

I have had a stove top problem for months now. It is still not resolved. My previous warranty company had the services company contact me to schedule appointments. The services company has been here 3 times and the problem is worse than when it began. My impression of why this is the case, is because Choice okays "piece-meal" repairs

I placed a claim for a cracked toilet tank and they said they don't cover any cracks or leaks, nor do they cover broken facet. I have been with this company for two years and this is the treatment I have gotten.

I WAS VERY PUT OFF BY THE HIGH PRESSURE SALESMAN. I EVEN CALLED TO CANCEL MY WARRANTY BUT THEY WERE SO NICE AND GAVE ME AN EXTRA 2 FREE MONTHS SO I KEPT IT. I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THE SERVICE CONTINUE'S TO BE GOOD

Need indoor fuse panel box replaced, tech said rust and corrosion is why the breakers keep tripping. Choice denied claim. Due to lack of maintenance. Choice has replaced individual breaker in the past. No one can explain to me what lack of maintenance..

Absolutely pathetic. They do NOT cover like for like. Only builder's grade. They do not cover the electrical system. I have a switch that is only getting 12 volts. It is considered wire tracing and not covered to find the issue.

Buyer be ware DO NOT make the mistake to buy from Choice: I bough a 6 year policy $1750 with the promise that if I move I could take it with me. I am moving and they said NO TRANSFER. NO refund either because they have to pay some claims. DO NOT BUY FROM CHOICE

Just not a reliable. It takes so long every time when you need something fixed. ( current claim with 2 year old Dish Washer, been 2 months & still not fixed ). You will have more headache dealing with this company & low quality vendors they use than dealing with your broken appliances. You will have PAIN to get something fixed.

DO NOT GET A WARRANTY FROM CHOICE, they are the worst to deal with and for the most part don’t cover when replacements are required. Read the fine print. I have had for a couple of years as I bought that, wish I could get out of the contract but it is too expensive and not the $50 they claim.

I had switched from another home warranty company due to the good reviews. My double oven broke and they are telling me they find it too expensive to repair. The amount they are offering me would only get a very cheap single oven. They do not replace it with an item similar to what you have. Very unhappy with them right now.

They're a bunch of low life scammers. I paid for two years. My bathroom had a leak. It was never covered. I was on hold for an hour and no one ever answer. Still can't believe I have been scam twice..standley and now choice warranty. Run!!!Stay Away!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Reps only interested in taking your money. Its a fight for anything to get fixed. When you try to get your money back it's another fight. Been with the company a short time and glad I got out while I still can. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE!

Rep never sent over warranty info after call. Emailed asking for it. Rep sent over a link. I asked what it included and he sent over another link. Really didnt seem to want to talk unless I said I would buy. I wouldnt purchase from him at this point.

This company is a joke...they tell you all this stuff is covered and it’s truly not...they blame all claims on negligence of the policy holder...you produce maintenance records from replica companies and they still find a way not to pay for repairs....I advise you as a homeowners do your research this company is not it.

Choice Home Warranty Terrible Company don’t cover anything. You pay your money to the this company and you don’t get the proper service. Customer Service is terrible. The company Beacon Hill Electric very good company and does very good work. I would hire them again without reaching out to Choice.

This was our first request, urgent, no water, and now almost 24 hours later there has been no technician identified. I was unhappy with the previous warranty company and Choice looked good but my first experience is bad UGH!!! So this review is based just on this first experience, hopefully things will improve.

They got my email address and for months I'm getting multiple daily spam emails. Impossible to unsubscribe. Contacted BBB and local authority, but no results. Also wrote multiple times to info@choicehomewarranty.com but the matter got worst; now I'm getting spam from other companies. It appears they sold my information to other companies.

The sales rep that I spoke with was extremely pushy - I wanted to sign up for just one year and he kept trying to convince me to sign up for a longer period of time. I was very close to canceling the warranty and hanging up.

Choice Home Warranty is the worst company to have warranty from. Just read all the reviews on BBB, yelp, and other before you decide. Even the tech they hire have bad views of them. They will do everything they can to not cover anything. Watch what you say and record every conversation with this company.

Paid upfront for a 3 year contract..My 1st major claim,Heating unit Compressor went out was denied...Very Disappointed with Choice..Choice says heating compressor problem is not considered “normal wear and tear”...After hours on phone I am still in house without heat..This is what I have warranty for HVAC ISSUES..

No heat from heat pump. Temps in the 30's. Chilly Willies Air & Heat responded claim call next morning after filing claim (1/4/18) but first appointment available was on 1/8/18, four days away. Had to call own HV/AC company who responded within hours.

They talk a good service over the phone but when you check out their service contract you will see that you are not getting a good deal. Their Customer Service is not good and trying to get an issue resolved can talk you several hours if you have the time to wait.

My HVAC is not working so I called Choice Home warranty and they fixed only 1 HVAC Unit and they told us that they will fix ony one HVAC Unit. I referred 4 People so far for Choice Home Warranty. Please dont go for Choice Home Warranty it is fraud.

Because of employees like Ralph, I will not join Choice anymore and I will make sure nobody in my friends and family will join this company.

there is a wide divide between what the sales person tells you and what they actually In reality, their overall performance is poor. Long waits are their normal response. They WILL NOT replace your appliance. Very disappointing service.

These guys are terrible, I cancelled AHS for a better price. The two attempts that I made to get service for extremely minor repairs, one a drain issue, the other a dishwasher part they rejected. This has got to be the biggest scam on the planet I am would bet money the positive reviews here are planted.

It took me over 2 weeks to get my claim taken care of and that is with me going outside their vendors / suppliers. You have to wait 30 days from when they approve the cost to receive the payment. Uses vendors/suppliers that do not warranty their work. Their Vendors/suppliers make appointments and then don't show.

This is the worst company. They refuse to honor their contract. I had a 3 yr. Contract, after the 1st yr I cancelled, they refused to fix my a.c. unit. They were supposed to send me $600 back...never got it, they lie and cheat and are worthless...

Choice Home warranty is a scam. They will only pay if it is "normal wear & tear". Condenser went out on the AC and they used that as an excuse not to cover even though there is nothing in the exclusions section that specifically states condenser not covered. Total rip off.
