I recently had the ice maker on the freezer basically just stop functioning and their technicians came out and they took a look at it and to ordered a part. A week later they came out and replaced and took care of it. It was all done simply and efficiently and promptly. Everything goes smoothly.

When I called in they tried to get the help that I need as fast as they can. They were very courteous and they just great people work with. My water machine went out completely it wouldn't work. And it didn't take much time, just a few days and they had an offer for me to replace it. They're just a good company.

Has another company and I didn’t like the way they did things. I could never get things done. My son in law is a realtor and told me about Choice. They follow up with everything. The responses were very quick. I didn’t have to wait too long for my ac. The person was here the next day. For the most part they have fantastic vendors.

Better than my last warranty. I receive service quicker. Customer service is excellent. They are informative about the process. I called Choice when the water piper was stuck up in the basement. They sent someone in a couple of days because of the weekend. They stayed until the water flowed correctly. They made sure the service was done right.

Based on the price quote I got, they are a better bargain. I recommend. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and able to identify everything quickly. My only complaint is it doesn’t cover food spoilage when the fridge breaks.

Usually punctual people come on time. A couple of weeks ago there was something wrong with the refrigerator and they came out within a couple of days. They actually came out early because the dates were mixed up. They were there two days ahead of time.

The value and coverage are good. Customer service is really good. I did have some trouble initially because I didn’t understand how to make a claim. I didn’t handle it correctly from my end. It messed up everything. They came and helped me out. They got my ceiling fan fixed. They made it right.

Overall we are pleased with our service. We have tried other warranty companied and have had difficulty getting contractors but with Choice we have been pleased. There have been some complications but they are good about working with us. Sometimes there is a delay.

The couple of times we have had to use the warranty, the turn around was quick. We get an almost immediate response. They made sure I was informed about the service technician that was coming. I received an email that my claim for my garbage disposal had been assigned alng with the time frame. The technician arrived as promised.

Well my honest opinion is I was told something totally different when I join this warranty company also I've told three to four people about this Company an there results was not fair with this Company I'm disappointed with this company of how I had to come out of pocket to pay for my new AC to be installed that was not fair I had to come out of pocket with almost $1.500 dollars wen I was told that's all I would pay was the service fee also it went from $60.00 to $85.00 look to me I been with this Company 3yrs that was not fair I will not refer anyone to this Company but I was thankful that's y'all replace my AC system inside & outside

If an older model appliance, and think the problem will continue, recommend a new item and paid 90% of replacement cost within 30 days. Have had other companies but they charged more

When I've had concerns and called customer service, they were more than willing to reach out to one of their technician- that's why they always answer my questions. I also think they have a good value. I would I think Choice can do a better job and qualification process of some of the companies that they choose to work with. Choice, the company itself, is good but the companies that they hired and their technicians could definitely use improvement.

The first time I signed up for Choice was because I got the email about it and it was a good deal. The second time I re-upped is because they overcome a bad experience with me and I decided to try them again. The people that they sent out for the most part has been good but my experience with them has not been good. This last time they came out, I had a refrigerator repaired. The time before that I had a washer repaired and both times repairman were excellent. They were very good but dealing with Choice is difficult because you can never talk to anybody it's only email or automated and I'm not fun of that especially when it comes to appliances and things like that. After I signed with them the first time, I felt I was a victim of a bait and switch because they led me to believe that if anything went wrong they replace it. When it came to the air conditioning. It turns out it's only a portion of it or a percentage of it that they cover, and I didn't like that it was a big surprise. But the last two things I've had done- the washer and the refrigerator - have been good experiences with the repairman they sent out.

Sometimes there's a delay or sometimes the contractor who is doing the job cancelled. I had a plumbing issue that was denied because I guess the bathtub apparently wasn't covered in the premium warranty, but I did have a good experience with them another time. The microwave that wasn't working and they gave me a program and purchased another one. There was a dishwasher issue and they sent a tech out. He fixed the problem and haven't had any more of it.

They responded immediately to what I needed them for. Recently with the plumbing I was wondering how it was gonna play out, how quick I was gonna get it fixed and it was immediately they had to put it in the request they provided the information of who will be contacting me and it was very quick and fast so I'm very happy with the service. In my experience they keep their word and they don't try to dodge a bullet. If you have a problem they respond immediately to it so I am glad I have it.

They make it very easy for a homeowner to make that one call and get somebody who is professional and can address the problem. With Choice Home Warranty it's one call and they dispatch the appropriate person with the appropriate knowledge to fix the problem and that's why we even invested in the warranty to begin with.The calls are answered quickly and promptly, the information is taken down correctly and we get a call back and service typically within a day, sometimes next day so that's good service.

Not many contactors that we have spoken to like to deal with Choice. They say it takes to long to get paid. So it then makes it hard to find a good contactor. Luckily we live in a smaller town and know people that have family members that we can call directly and let them know we are filing a claim so they can accept it. Also they raised their deductible price a lot for no reason and no one can really tell me why. All of these home warranties are kind of the same. They are nice to have so you're not out of thousands of dollars for a major repair. But don't be fooled if you think the work is going to be done right away.

Communication challenges. Repair scheduled but the only one who knew the scheduled date and time for repair was me. The repair company didn't receive any info until I called them and asked why they did not show up. They advised there was no communication from Best. They finally arrived and did a great job of determining the problem, any repairs were made to my relief and satisfaction.

My real estate agent referred me to them. I have had to claims. The first was handled very well. The second was not so good. it was for the electricity. About three or weeks ago I used my warranty for my dryer and stove. You are supposed to pay the sixty five dollar service fee for each appliance but they waived the fee for one of the products and only charged me sixty five dollars for both products. They came right away. They fixed the dryer right away and was very helpful. The stove couldn’t be fixed because the part was discontinued.
