They try their best not to cover anything. I was constantly battling to get a reimbursed. Most times they don't have their own technicians you have to call your own. This is when the battle begins. They refuse to pay for anything or they'll reimburse you half or less than what you paid.

Their claim specialist never return calls. They don't seem concerned about anything. As soon as they pass you on to their private contractor, they wash their hands of you. They have a call center outside the U.S. who are courteous but don't know what they are doing.

All they said was I got an outside help so they no longer can help me!!!! Don't how many days they wanted me to stay with no AC in Houston/TX in mid summer.

Very disappointed with the warranty itself - replacements for broken appliances are builder's grade not replacement with a comparable quality appliance it fixture. This IS NOT explained when purchasing. My water heater broke and they expected me to wait 1 -2 weeks for them to ship the replacement to the contractor. That's unreasonable.
