Takes for ever to get a technician to come to your house. CHW doesn't follow up to see if technician has contact you or not. After five days they will close the claim without having contacting you.

Most of the contractors are not very good at their job. Especially plumbers. Also, I just got my $310 ceiling fan replaced and they only paid $70, and I have to have "mediation " for ice maker replacement claim which was denied. I'm definitely switching to a different company as soon as I'm done with this BS mediation business.

My first service call has been a complete nightmare. A tech came out and diagnosed the issue, Choice didn't like it so they requested another tech to come out who no called no showed 3 times, wasting 15 hours of my time while I waited at home.

Our AC isn't working.. AC technician said there's a leak in the coil and I've had to put plenty of Freon in the system. Choice denied my claim saying they need a picture of the leak. The technician explained there's no way to take a picture of a leak in a coil. Now I'm stuck trying to save 9k for a new unit.

I filed a claim for my over the range microwave. They determined it must be replaced and sent me an eCheck for $191 for a replacement from LOWES, with the assurance that will cover the price and installation of a new one. They lied! The least stainless microwave at LOWES is $258 and installation is $160. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!

We never received the warranty contract. The realtor did. You had our name and address and yet never sent it to us. We only knew of the warranty when the realtor made a courteous call. We were able to use it for part of the repair but the original water line repair was paid by us. Your company wouldn't even prorate the total which I find appalling as you never gave us the paperwork!!! I explained this to your customer service person who was very curt and almost rude. He shut me down and said I should have ready the contract WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. The previous owner purchased this upon closing, we NEVER got a copy.

You have to keep repeating what you are trying to explain to them because of the language barrier Theyyou have to say they don't want to help you they just basically said well that's not in your contract it's nothing we can do about it. Requested dryer repair. Memarkable company assigned to repair my dryer on June 14. Rep came to evaluate dryer. Part ordered. I called 4 times asking about repair. Reps at CHW called Memarkable, was told part was in, he would call to schedule time to complete repair. As of July 15, my repair isn't complete!

A full month went by before a decision was made by Choice to approve the repair. Finally a congratulatory email was sent indicating that the repair was covered. The repair cost $2500 of which Choice covered $400 or less. I found this fraudulent and insulting.

It took 53 Days to replace our dishwasher, Thank God it wasn't our refrigerator. Even then WE had to go out and shop for it and then pay the install costs. We currently have an open claim on our microwave which was fixed but never setteled. It's been over 60 days.

Choice assigns a random time to a provider who can't make the time and I'm left with a delegation. now Choice can't find workers so they ask me to find someone to fix yhe problem after that person takes photos etc. Not wha I signed up for.

they don't concern themselves with service, just collect warrantee $s ... need emergency service they don't do that u get next service provider on their list no matter if its a day or a week. they do let u change, assign another which takes job even further in future. have a pipe with small leak (from water heater) won't fix till it bursts!
