Won't let you have 2 separate pluming issues at the same time. Not happy with providers they use. Won't fix a dishwasher with an intermittent problem.. want the tec to be there but there problem doesn't happen all the time.. Thinking about dropping this company

I have had several warranty service requests that have been delayed time and time again due to choice not getting a service provider to come out. Two times, the service requests have been dropped without being repaired. I took care of one on my own and the other is still in disrepair and has not been resolved since June.

On my first claim after a year of having this plan, after 2 weeks of being without a stove/oven, I kept being told each day that the part would be coming in then we ran out of time before a house full of guest were coming. I demanded a replacement to which I was approved for approx. $220 reimbursement and I still have not received the check.

You cannot get a technician to come 3 times out of 4. Also they last technician that looked at my dryer caused it to catch clothes and eat the buttons and the strings off of my clothes. When I called back to tell them this, they told me that this problem wasn't covered under my plan. Horrible customer service.

It takes forever to get someone, you can't reach a live body. You have to go through the system. I just recently had a plumbing issue and I've had to go through two companies and still didn't get the issue resolved. I wish I could get out of my contract.
