They denied a claim after the blackout period. I had an ax unit that went down at 112 degrees in Palm Springs and they wanted to wait to weeks to appeal. Not an option. I fixed it and they denied my claim as pre existing 2 weeks after it broke. They will take your money and not be honorable

Do waste your money with this company. My AC was not cooling and using a lot of electricity. It's a 21-year-old AC, but they said that the condenser coil fins have become excessively corroded and damaged and the failure can not occur under normal wear and tear conditions.
