It's hard to understand most of them and likewise it's hard for them to understand me. I also have an issue with each person telling me different information whenever I call. Also, they told me wrong dates and times for my appointment and most of my claims have taken a minimum of 2-3 months.

They don't support customers. Every time that I have used my warranty they tell me it's maintenance and they won't cover it. They have not helped me at all. The contractors do not want to work with them because they will give the contractor a bad name if they do what the customer wants.

I'd like to have the contractors at least contact me after they schedule and say that they can't make it or something. I have to keep calling them and they want you to sit there and wait for certain a 4 or 5 hour window and I do that and they never show up or never call.
