Technician said the washer would need to be replaced. Choice approved a 320 dollar Lowe’s gift card but it would take 30 days to receive. We are washing clothes by hand in the meantime. Thanks Choice! I asked customer service if we could possible receive it sooner and the lady snapped back with “we are not an emergency service”.

People have been out here at least 4 times to fix the air conditioning. It just popped the breaker again and won't cool the house even after resetting it. I guess I'll call them again tomorrow and get another guy out here in a few days. I just hope we survive the heat and the multiple deductibles which are adding up..... very disappointing.

I called regarding plumbing leaking in the kitchen sink. It took 6 days for the referral to come. Then 2 days later same issue it took 3 days. Sink floor had molded because of the leakage and the time frame. I was told that my issue was not emergency. They also did not fix the mold situation.

Would not cover part. The next year thru said the plan would cover if the new part went out again. It did and i cannot get a preapproval for a repair that i have requested since 7/3/23 and today is 9/3/2023. Do not go thru their corporate. Communication is poor at best and service is non esistant!

My stove wasn't working and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get somebody out there, so that wasn't good. When my toilet was leaking they wouldn't cover anything. I had to pay the guy out of pocket. My experience hasn't been great.

The idea of a home warranty is amazing, I think I need to find a different company. The process with this company is long, confusing and not customer friendly. Claims are hard to get approved and once they are approved, receiving reimbursement takes over a month to receive.

When I bought the Choice Home Warranty contract, I was told that my Ty. Was covered if anything went wrong. The technician came out and looked at the issue and the technician nor choice warranty followed up. I called many times and later received an email stating the On/Off switch is not covered. Thus is ridiculous!

They always found a loophole in the contract to charge you more for repairs. My A/C condenser went out and should have been fully covered. They told me that my deductible was $2,000.00. Found out from the service company that installed the new condenser that the total cost of the repair was $2,400.00. So why was my part so high? Rip off..
